Calm inside the city.
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful. The couple and staff who ran the hotel helped us feel welcomed and answered all our questions. The room was great and a huge upgrade from our other stays in Nepal. Everything was quite new and clean. The location is out of the center, but this was the reason we choose it in the first place and you can easily get around via bus or taxi. Having dinners in the common room was nice to talk, but we had all the privacy we needed. Their two dogs were super friendly and fun to play with. If this is the part of the city you want to be in I would definitely Casa Mia again as our hotel.

There's no welcome, cold atmosphere, but good breakfast!

Pros:

They shut down the hot water to save power.
I had to wait for 3 hours to take a shower.
The windows do not close properly.
The bed sheet was smelling. I have requested to change but even after changing it was smelling.
There was people drinking and fighting at night on the property.
