Ontur Otel Iskenderun

Park sıkıntısı dışında bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Gayet keyifli ve sıkıntısız geçti.

4 yıldız bu otel için fazla. 2 yıldızı fazladan almış gibiydi. Personel ilgiliydi fakat oda temizliği ve hijyen konusunda eksiklikler vardı. Sigara içilmeyen oda istemiştim. Sigara külleri vardı etejerde ve görevliye gösterdim bunları. Kahvaltısı normaldi. Ekstra birşey görmedim.
Birdaha gidermiyim? Hiçbir yer bulamazsam giderim. İskenderunun otel sıkıntısı var bu net.

Konaklama güzeldi ama minibarı resmen kazık yapmışlar. 4 meşrubat ve 1 küçük su için 86 tl ücret aldılar. Kahvaltıdaki besinler taze değildi sanki dünden kalmış gibiydi.

Otel çok eski odalar çok ama çok pis oda çok küçük odada oda servisi menüsü var fakat otelde oda servisi yok :) lavabo ve duştan turuncu su akıyo carsaflar ve odanın geneli cok kirliydi

Its good place to stay but need more attention of staff. overall good hotel though people cannot speak good English. all other services may not be best but its good to stay for short time as its located near to all points.

The service and restaurant are really bad, they have only 2/3 dishesavaliable in the menu, room service only works sometimes..and even I found a worm on the watermelon breakfast. I stayed 1month for bussines.

De toda la carta de menu, solo dos o tres platos los tienen disponibles. Muchas veces el servicio de habitaciones lo tienen cerrado. Nada recomendable

Stayed here for 7 nights january 2015 hotel was ok clean and tidy room service every day. Shower was over a full size bath with plenty of hot water. Bed room itself was large bed fairly comfortable heating was by the aircon so if left on was noisy i turned mine off every night and room temp was ok. Downsides the internet altho free was poor if couple of people online then even sending a email was a chore. Power cuts are also common but only last a few seconds but of course the internet goes off and has to restart. Also if your lucky enough to be in the lift when there is a cut it stops and takes ages to reset itself so your stuck. Breakfast was good with reasonable choice never ate in the restaurant. We used the gym it was free and ok but not much equipment sauna was good but at extra cost. All in all a decent place to stop not far from town center or beach

The Hotelroom looked like a remake of the seventies.
Terribly noisy as it was facing the street. Aircondition was not ajustable. Bathroom mouldy and shabby. Possibly bedbugs as I woke up with insect bites.
Turkish style breakfast with the usual ingredients, when approaching the tomato dish millions of fruitflies took off. I was so disgusted I refused breakfast.
