Pros:

I read the reviews and thought I had a great buy, but I could never find the hotel. I asked around the address at a couple of other business, but they had no idea. I phoned the number provided, but didn't get an answer. I just gave up and went to another hotel. It was a total waste of money.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel, once you find it. New construction with stunning views of the city—hence the name. A a quick five minute taxi to the old city or 20 minute brisk walk. Breakfast is exceptional and personnel are attentive, gracious, and professional. It’s really a kind of boutique hotel. It’s definitely my destination next time I travel to Tbilisi!

One the best private hotels in the world i've ever been with amazing view and nice breeze on the terrace. Hotel has a very friendly staff and tasty food. I strongly recommend this hotel to any visitors of Tbilisi, Sakartvelo.
