Pros:

I had a great stay but I got a stonking price booking very early. Not sure it's worth the prices I saw later. Everything great apart from the inconsistent internet speeds, I was getting 33mbps sometimes then it would drop to 0.2mbps other times. I got a 30 day unlimited data SIM for 160kdong which got around that. Get Vietnamese coffee from the nice chap opposite with the funny little dog. Bread 1 just around the corner is superb for cheap tasty eats. Staff at Alive pub next door are good fun.

Good location
Close to beach and main areas but off the Main Street so quiet at night
If you sleep in don’t get the 6th floor because breakfast is served on the 7th floor
Great pool on the rooftop
Overall great stay

Not a royal experience, stay somewhere else!
Pros:

We had high hopes for our stay given the reviews. I stayed for theee nights with my mum. The rooms were small and cramped and there was no space to hang wet clothes from the beach. There were flies everywhere. Our fridge was broken and the receptionist just shrugged. The staff seemed completely indifferent and you almost felt awkward being there. It was not at all welcoming. Our room was very noisy. The pool was ok but small and there was nowhere to sit or leave clothes. Didn’t look particularly clean either. The breakfast was repulsive. Old, grey looking meats and stew that looked like it had been left out for days. Some dry stale bread with no butter and some overcooked hard boiled eggs. For vegetarians there is nothing. There were flies all over the open breakfast food (nothing was covered) and dirty used glasses by the coffee. You always had to ask for clean ones. For the money you can stay somewhere much nicer. Totally disappointing experience and we couldn’t wait to leave!

Good stay
Pros:

The room was nice, clean. It was a little bit noisy, there is like a school around, and you hear noise when someone open a door in the common area and when they are talking. But the hotel is not in a busy street. The staff doesn t really speak english. The breakfast was really nice, it s a buffet and not the same everyday, but the breakfast room is too small, you can t really walk around tables.

Hotel is very new with nice design. The room is big and clean.
the staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me to get settled very quickly.
We will come back this hotel for our next trip and recommend our friend for this hotel.
