It was a great place for budget staycation

Well-located hotel, but poor maintenance and serious comfort issues.
Pros:

Location is very good. Friendly staff. Bathroom was also ok.

Cons:

The room was dusty. Hair on the floor. The drains were not working anywhere: the sink, the toilet, and the shower drain. The AC was noisy. The elevator was broken and very loud; it kept opening and closing for no reason all night. Old, torn towels.

Pros:

Nice and cozy room with bath tub.
Everything was good.
But once I enter the lobby I feel the smell not so welcoming.Walking area to my room also I feel same smell.No choice I request room spray from the counter and I spray the whole room and walk way.
I eargly to shower in the bath tub but no bath shower ball.All this things need to improve.Thank you
