The room was clean and we had a small apartment
The balcony was cramped i would have preferred a downstairs room that led out to the pool. The breakfast was over priced in dollars and the location was not great.

Not really. No restaurant, but several options at walking distance. So no issue as I was aware of this.

Un pequeño y encantador hotel en el corazón de la ciudad, con habitaciones muy cómodas y muy tranquilas. Tuve una experiencia muy positiva y agradecí mucho la amabilidad del propietario y el personal, que hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarme durante mi estancia. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
The location was wonderful, very close to downtown but so quiet! A little oasis. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Will return!

Le petit déjeuner à $15 par personne en surcroît du prix de la chambre.
Rustig gelegen met prachtige tuin met zwembad. Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Parking voor de deur.

Peaceful beautiful garden, clean and well maintained.
We stayed for two nights and didn't see a single other guest, it was weirdly empty for a central location. Breakfast was grossly overpriced and very basic, nothing cooked..Basically cold cuts, fruit and bread. They didn't seem to have any information about where to eat in the area and no restaurant on site. Their rates are over priced.
The hotel is simple, comfortable and functional, just what we needed. It is a ten minute walk from the centre of town and is located off a leafy avenue. When we tried to depart on our trip we found all the major roads closed for an event and had no idea where to go. We returned to the hotel to ask directions. This proved to be very complicated so the owner interupted her breakfast and drove ahead of us through a number of back roads to the outskirts of town. This was invaluable as we had a time limit to get to our destination. Great service.
Fantastic hotel. Probably the best in Kigali. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the middle of the city. We were in Kigali for a conference and we looked forward to returning to the hotel every day to relax in the beautiful garden by the pool. All the rooms have a balcony overlooking the gardens. It's worth paying a small amount extra for the superior rooms which are really very nice. Breakfast is expensive for Kigali but the chef will make you your preferred style of eggs.
One thing we particularly appreciated was the excellent communication before our arrival. As a large group, we had multiple changes in the number of rooms and set-ups required, but the manager and staff were very accommodating. The location is also great - in the centre of town and opposite the Hotel Les Milles Collines. We liked the hotel so much, we booked it again when we came back through Kigali.

Location is central, but still quiet and peaceful. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Safe and secure. Breakfast is exactly what I need/want, others may consider basic, but for me was perfect.
