Nhân viên lễ tân không tạo cho tôi cảm giác niềm nở hay nhiệt tình. Buổi sáng trước khi tôi check out, cô nhân viên ở đó còn sờ tay vào đầu, luồn vào tóc tôi để kiểm tra xem chỗ tóc bạc của tôi là thật hay giả. Điều đó làm tôi cảm thấy không thoải mái. Cách âm của khách sạn không tốt.
Điều duy nhất tôi thích là cách cô nhân viên dọn phòng hỏi tôi có cần thêm gì không, và chú bảo vệ hỏi tôi khi tôi cho xe máy vào nhà xe. Cách hỏi chuyện của 2 người đó vừa tình cảm vừa chuyên nghiệp, khác hẳn những người làm lễ tân (tôi đoán lễ tân là chủ nhà)

Das Zimmer wirkte wie eine Bahnhofshalle und das Bad ist eher nicht so gut aber funktional.
What a lovely lovely guy that met us in reception , welcomed us with tea and sweets and helped us with what we needed. Good recommendations etc Great service, great price, great place literally less than £1 grab ride to airport. He could speak as much English as I could speak Vietnamese but nothing that Google translate couldn't solve. 5 ⭐
Night staff guy was rude. I arrived alone and he ignored me. My female Vietnamese friend then arrived and I couldn’t get rid of the guy. But big problem was he told my friend that he knew a good restaurant that is crowded with locals and they would send a free car for us. My friend speaks Vietnamese so there was no communication problems. Turns out car was a taxi and we had to pay. Then taxi drives by over 100 restaurants and drives a long distance increasing the fare more than three times and takes us to an empty restaurant where staff was rude. We take a long expensive taxi back and with a smile on my face I complained about his guidance which is translated by my friend. Adding insult to injury he tells her I can complain as much as I want because he can’t understand me and laughs at us because he succeeded in scamming us. Guy probably gets commission from taxi and crappie restaurant.In what universe is that funny? We trusted him and he scammed us. If I was the owner I would fire that guy. Every thing else was good. The other guests were friendly, the room and hotel were what they appeared to be online and the lobby lounge was really nice in a very peaceful neighborhood.
No one speak English. Cannot pay with card.
The sheets of the bed had hairs.. the main door of the room didn’t close. The plugs were functioning intermittently. The A/C didn’t turn on.

Doors inside apartment did not close properly and the light couldnt be dimmed. The translation app was helpful for communication.

we were looking out for a hotel near cat b airport - for a 6-7 hour stay before our flight
on the 3 rd floor the room was cold / damp .
