Cons:

The microwave was filthy, the staff hardly answered the telephone when calling from the room, one had to go down to get assisted, water issue with the pressure. The water switched off on me while taking a shower with my infant son to drop his high temperature, as he was sick. Unreliable breakfast times. When I came from Emergency with my baby at 7 am, and asked for breakfast, there was none and they asked me to come after 30 minutes. Still none. I had to order in, even though very hungry.
I had to go down to get assisted with my luggage upon checkout, as the phone was still not being answered.
Nice hotel but needs a few improvements and maybe some training.

Free upgrade, great hospitality, and comfortable beds
Pros:

Thank you to Mr. Faisal at the front desk and the hotel staff. Both we very kind and Mr. Faisal even upgraded our room from King Room to Executive suite. I only spent one night yet it was comfortable, spacious, and well-located (we could walk to the nearest AlBaik and supermarket). Everything cleaned well, beds very comfortable, and service prompt. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Tabuk.

Cons:

I did not have time to check out the other facilities so I can't say. Restaurant downstairs seemed clean but we did not eat in it as it was Ramadan. Inshallah next time.
