Struttura di indubbie potenzialita' e personale che cerca di fare del suo meglio... ma vi e' ancora molto da migliorare.... il personale del ristorante e' totalmente fuori da ogni canone di professionalita'...

Terrible experience!
Pros:

We stayed in the lux room for 3 nights. First, the shower tub was clogged and flooded the bathroom after our first use. They couldn't even fix it right away. Instead all the shower doors were laid out around the bed. After they finally fixed, we had to fight with the administrator for someone to clean up the mess the handyman left after his repair! The service at the restaurant wasn't the greatest either. For breakfast we had our food served and 30 minutes later our coffee. Totally unprofessional. We literally had to fight and explain to the personnel that we need our table to be cleaned after the previous visitor and how to serve the food.... Also, their WiFi did not work there at all! And there is not much cellular connection. The only positive thing about this place is that it is close to the sea. But even there they did not meet our expectations. The beach they used to have is no longer there as it washed off by the water. Instead, it is just a little chunk of the coast where you cab barely fit any chairs.... The barb wire is along the water where my kid cut his foot. They don't really care about the safety or providing the good service. It's not worth the price we paid. Do not go there! Go somewhere else!
