Sehr angenehme Wohnung in toller Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage und Aussicht trotz Erdgeschoss. Sehr angenehme Wohnatmosphäre und Klimatisierung. Praktische ruhige Lage, zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Logement bien équipé
Pros:

Appartement très bien équipé (plein d’ustensiles de cuisine, lave vaisselle, lave linge) avec superbe vue.
A 10min seulement à pied des commerces (ça monte un peu après pour regagner le logement).
Nous étions avec une voiture et nous avons toujours trouvé de la place en bas de l’immeuble.
Plages pas très loin avec accès à pied ou en voiture.
Hôte très réactif si vous avez des demandes.
La piscine est agréable avec transat à disposition.

Cons:

Du double vitrage pour les chambres serait mieux afin de passer des nuits plus sereines.

Good apartment for parking car and walking distance to old town
Pros:

It was quite nice but not like the pictures. The view we had was of the roof of apartment in front of us and a bit of the sea. It’s right at the top of the town and the walk is steep but manageable. The kitchen had a yucky smell coming from the old cupboards. The bathroom was brand new so that was lovely and the beds were all very comfortable which was important to us. Everything was pleasant. We didn’t end up using the pool but it looked nice. The host or owner who met us asked us to pay cash on check in but we said that wasn’t possible so he charged our card on booking.com. Thought it was weird to ask cash payment but turned out not necessary and I wouldn’t have anyway. The views advertised on the photos are not what we got with our apartment and the photos do look AI or light enhanced as it’s a fairly dimly lit apartment. It was good for 3 nights for our family.

Pros:

Шикарный вид со всех балконов, а их было в апартаментах несколько! В каждой комнате кондиционер, есть посудомоечная и стиральная машина. В квартире много посуды, моечных средств. Есть даже электро гриль и огромный холодильник.
Магазины и пляж в шаговой доступности 5-10 минут.
Удобная большая парковка.

Pros:

Апартаменты находятся в жилом комплексе с бассейном. Квартира очень просторная, уютная и светлая.. В квартире сеть всё практически до мелочей. До центра можно и дойти пешком, хоть и под горку немного на обратнлм пути, но не с маленькими детьми. С детьми нам приходилось брать машину. Бассейн чистый. Прекрасный вид на море.

Cons:

Мы не смогли оплатить итальянской картой на месте, поэтому пришлось делать перевод и платить ещё комиссию за перевод 50 евро.
Квартиро очень хорошая, но ей просто нужна большая генеральная уборка, чтобы освежить. Если придираться ещё, то одна односпальная кровать очень скрипела.

Amazing Kas
Pros:

We stayed in these apartments during the second half of June 2026. They are superb and fully equipped—featuring very comfortable beds and pillows, excellent interior condition, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are three balconies, including a huge terrace overlooking both bays; the view from the terrace is far better than the views from the panoramic restaurants in Kaş. Parking spaces are always available, and it is just a leisurely 10-minute walk to the town center. The owner was always reachable and resolved any household matters within 10 minutes; he is a very considerate and pleasant person. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we will definitely be back.

Pros:

Большая площадь с хорошей планировкой, балкон плюс терраса со столом где можно позавтракать наслаждаясь видами на море и город. Номер укомплектован всей необходимой бытовой техникой и столовыми принадлежностями. Бассейн у нас был прямо под балконом. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. В пяти минутах ходьбы начинается улица со множеством магазинов и кафе.

Amazing stay. Everyone at Nirvana helped us whenever we adked for something.
Pros:

Magnificent view from the Balcony. Exactly as you see in the pictures. All amenities available.

Cons:

Nothing really. Anyone going to Kas should know Kas is on the mountain and the roads are a bit hard to walk but that is the way the town is.
