Unser Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, aber sehr gemütlichen Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist hervorragend – mitten im Zentrum. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auf all unsere Fragen haben wir sofort eine Antwort bekommen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber. Man merkt, dass hier alles mit Herz gemacht wird und dass es dem Team wichtig ist, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Außerdem wurde für uns ein Flughafentransfer zu einem sehr guten Preis organisiert.
Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und den großartigen Service! Beim nächsten Besuch in Batumi werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в этом небольшом, но очень уютном отеле! Отличное расположение в центре города, очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал, который всегда был готов помочь и сразу отвечал на все наши вопросы.
Завтраки были вкусными и приготовленными с душой, а в номерах — идеальная чистота. Чувствуется, что здесь действительно заботятся о комфорте гостей. Также для нас организовали трансфер в аэропорт по очень хорошей цене.
Спасибо за тёплый приём и прекрасный сервис! В следующий раз, когда будем в Батуми, обязательно остановимся здесь снова.

The hotel doesn't have parking and the rooms are very small. The hotel itself is also small. It's located on a very busy street. Since I arrived by car, I messaged them about parking beforehand and they said they would arrange it; however, when I arrived, they said the streets were closed and I had to find a parking spot myself. If they had told me this beforehand, I would have handled it myself. Because the street is so busy, I experienced unnecessary stress with other drivers. If you don't have a car, you can stay at the hotel, but you can stay at a hotel with better facilities and parking for the same price. The hotel breakfast is adequate; however, the variety of products could be increased. The price of the hotel is high considering the facilities it offers. Since the tourist attractions in Batumi are close to European Square, you might want to stay in a hotel near European Square.

Отель не плохой, хорошее расположение, но цена немного завышена, на мой взгляд.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение напротив парка, приятный персонал, готовый помочь. Удобный матрас и отдельное место для ребенка. Чистота в номере. Нашли парковку, хотя в Батуми с этим очень сложно.

Cons:

Двери очень тонкие и в первый день кто то громко общался в коридоре до 3 ночи, спать было невозможно. Двери не плотные и свет с коридора светит прямо в глаза ночью. Завтраки однообразные, перекусить хватает, но не вкусно.

Отдыхали в июне в отеле Hotel Park.
Я бронировал два номера, двух местный и трёхместный.Один для себя,а второй для брата и его семьи. Мы приехали с Казахстана,а брат с Германии.Нам очень понравились в отеле.Вежливый персонал,кругом чистота и порядок.Мы брали номера с завтраком и ни сколько не пожалели.
Блюда были разнообразные и вкусные.
C большим удовольствием ещё бы приехал в Hotel Park.

Nice and perfectly located hotel in Batumi
Pros:

Really nice hotel in a great location near the sea and everything we wanted to see. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

Walls (or floors/ceilings?) were thin, could hear the neighbors.
