Excellent!!!
Wonderful view and staff.
My experience at Haile Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The service stood out as one of the best I’ve ever received. The facility is immaculate, and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. We stayed in the Grand View Room, which was both refreshing and breathtaking.
The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and eager to assist—especially Eden and Fasika, whom I interacted with the most during my stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed, like part of the family.
The food was another highlight. I especially enjoyed the Asa Dulet, and the variety of fresh fruit juices was amazing. I became absolutely obsessed with the soursop juice—it was truly to die for!
Haile Resort sets a shining example for the service industry in the rest of the country. Highly recommended!
The staffs are well mannered and so polite even tho the place is hot the hotel have ac and the view is breathtaking. It is the best place I have ever seen.

Lovely area, gorgeous views. Highly recommend visiting the Dorze Village, a boat ride and hiking to the springs.
Clean resort with beautiful view.
We absolutely loved our stay at Haile!! The view was AMAZING, the food was great and the staff were terrific. We swam in the pool everyday and enjoyed the gym as well. We were sad to leave and we will be back!
