The room is too tight after sofa bed is open. I have to ask for sheets , pillow case , and blanket for the sofa bed.floor under sofa bed wasn't clean.

My room the fire alarm chirped every minute all night long. No manager on-site on Sunday morning when checking out. The receptionist at the front desk told me that the manager would call me. No call from the manager.
