Disappointed
Pros:

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

I forgot my extensions for my iPhone and watch on the desk and I didn’t notice till I got home. We called and they said they could not help us even if we pay . I was very disappointed after we had Avery nice trip.

Not happy at all.
Pros:

Not much considering I drive across country and things aren't set up like I called 10 hours before and ask.

Cons:

I called 15 hours in advance and ask that a note be left that I would be late getting in, but not to give away the room that I already paid for, considering I was driving all night from moving my family 3000 miles across country. I just wanted to vibe in and sleep. I was given a room that had someone in it. The next room looked like someone had just gotten up and left with a messy bed. This is at like 3am. More than enough time for my room that I booked a day in advance, and called ahead of time. Kind of unreal. I never complain but after that driving, I was not happy. Took 40 minutes to get into a room that was already booked and paid for.

We had a grandma/granddaughter stay and enjoyed our time! The price & location worked well!
Pros:

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked really great.

Cons:

The shower head had very little pressure and it was very difficult to wash shampoo out of our hair. It was literally spitting out water. No fault of the hotel, but there was a SCREAMING child across the hall, screaming when they arrived after 9pm and screaming again at 6am.

Very Very Noisy rooms with a cold bland breakfast.
Pros:

New facility conveniently located.

Cons:

As cheep as a free breakfast as they come. Cold and bland food. Paper thin walls. very noisy inside the room. We could here the couples on both sides of us having normal conversations. The guest next to us banged on the wall at 8:30pm when our tv volume was only 1/3 of the way up. The cleaning staff was running the vacuum outside our door at 6:30 am, effectively waking us up and sending us packing long before we were ready. We requested early check-in and was told it could be done only with a hefty additional fee. We would never stay at this location again!
