Cons:

My room the fire alarm chirped every minute all night long. No manager on-site on Sunday morning when checking out. The receptionist at the front desk told me that the manager would call me. No call from the manager.

Not happy at all.
Pros:

Not much considering I drive across country and things aren't set up like I called 10 hours before and ask.

Cons:

I called 15 hours in advance and ask that a note be left that I would be late getting in, but not to give away the room that I already paid for, considering I was driving all night from moving my family 3000 miles across country. I just wanted to vibe in and sleep. I was given a room that had someone in it. The next room looked like someone had just gotten up and left with a messy bed. This is at like 3am. More than enough time for my room that I booked a day in advance, and called ahead of time. Kind of unreal. I never complain but after that driving, I was not happy. Took 40 minutes to get into a room that was already booked and paid for.
