É um bom hotel, o atendimento é bom, café da manhã também estava ótimo. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Cons:

Eu fiz a reserva pelo Booking e paguei o mesmo valor nos 3 apartamentos que solicitei, ao chegar no hotel fui informado que um dos apartamentos era de uma categoria inferior. A limpeza do meu apartamento também deixou um pouco a desejar, não estava exatamente sujo, mas poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Pros:

Amei a recepção, uma querida super simpática fez meu checkin, o quarto com uma vista maravilhosa, bem limpo, espaço confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedades deliciosas, o atendimento impecável.

Cons:

Jacuzzi com água fria, ou pelo menos sem indicação placa que pudesse informar.

Pros:

Não tomei café da manhã, pois ele é servido apenas às 7h. Na maioria dos hotéis, o café começa às 6h ou 6h30. Como eu precisava sair às 6h40 para um compromisso às 7h, não consegui utilizá-lo. A localização é razoável.

Cons:

Banheiro com janela de vidro uma cortina de plástico, não cobre totalmente o vidro e um cheiro no ambiente desagradável.

localização boa, cama confortavel, vista perfeita. Funcionarios excelentes.

Cons:

limpeza do banheiro, muito amarelado de sujeira no azuleijo, nas fronhas estam com marca de caneta desenhos, não foram trocadas, toalhas pequenas e muito usadas, limpeza do quanto não foi muito boa, cheiro ruim creio eu da madeira dos moveis

Bastante barulho da rua nos quartos virados para o mar, inclusive dos ônibus que passam ali.
Café da manhã básico.
Hotel semi antigo.
Banheiro com box encardido.
Vista belíssima!
Pertinho do Centro Sul e Centro de Florianópolis.

A água quente/fria são canalizadas individualmente. A água quente estava fraca e, mesmo abrindo o registro só do quente, estava frio para a época do ano (inverno).
