It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had a balcony room with a very nice view. The hotel is easy to reach from the Central Market and shopping area, 20 min walk or 7 min drive. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fresh and tasteful.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit outdated.

O hotel é ótimo. As áreas comuns, como recepção e lazer, são bem preservadas e sempre limpas. O quarto também é muito confortável, e a vista é especialmente bonita tanto no pôr do sol quanto no amanhecer.

Cons:

O estacionamento não dispõe de espaço adequado. A quantidade de vagas é limitada e a área para manobras é bastante reduzida.

Vista linda lugar antiquado
Pros:

Vista maravilhosa da baiana norte de Florianópolis

Cons:

Tem dois estacionamentos um em cima outro logo abaixo, o de cima seria para caminhonetes, o de baixo carros menores, na chegada estacionei minha caminhonete em cima, porém a noite sai pra jantar e quando cheguei tinham carros pequenos nas vagas, então foi onde tive que estacionar embaixo e acabei batendo o meu carro, deveriam organizar isso já que é oferecido o estacionamento, pra sair foi ainda mais complicado, achei isso desagradável e fiquei com prejuízo.

Hotel antigo mas funcional!
Pros:

Para quem precisa participar de eventos no Centrosul é muito próximo, bem como a todo o centro da capital!

Cons:

Rua estreita, e rampa íngreme do estacionamento, mas tranquilo de estacionar um carro sedã! Localização com muitos moradores de rua e consumidores de drogas, não propício para locomoção a pé, sempre esteja de carro ou taxi.

Um Bom custo-benefício. Voltaria sim
Pros:

A localização é ótima, tem uma linda vista, os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, o quarto é bem confortável, estava tudo funcionando bem e com roupas de cama novinhas.

Cons:

Um ponto de melhoria seria o café da manhã. Poderia por um bolo com cobertura e um pão de queijo. Agregaria muito e sairia do básico.

GOSTEI MUITO DO TAMANHO DOS QUARTOS E DAS CAMAS CONFORTÁVEIS. O café da manhã tem uma bela vista para o mar. O café é simples, mas bem servido e gostoso.

Cons:

Poderia ter secador de cabelos nos quartos, considerando que é uma cidade de temperaturas baixas.
