Great stay
Pros:

The hotel grounds are beautiful, very lush indeed.
Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a safe for our valuables.
Upon request we received a mosquito net over the bed which was great. Although we didn’t encounter or see any insects or spiders inside the room.
Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

At times, there was no hot water for the shower.
There was no hair dryer.
In general the room and bathroom are dimly lit but I suppose this is to not attract any wildlife inside.

Overall it was good
Pros:

I didn’t try the breakfast it wasn’t included in our stay. The location was great but it didn’t have a view of the lake which was disappointing to me.

Cons:

I didn’t like how dark and sterile the room felt. It felt very cave like. I couldn’t really see in the mirror to get ready. The service here was great, we lost hot water and they were on it quickly to fix it. I just felt like for the price I expected something more bright and open with a view of the lake. That may have been booking.coms fault bc it made it seem like it had a view.

Pros:

The view was beyond epic and I loved that I felt like I was in the jungle. The food at the restaurant was also excellent and could not recommend it enough.

Cons:

I found a scorpion in my room one evening and wish someone had been at the front desk to assist since it made me nervous (this was at 11:00 pm). I also had big spiders in the room since there was a gap at the bottom of the door and small creatures could get in. I also wish the screen had been flush with the window so nothing could get in. Honestly, if they just changed the window screen and fixed the gap at the bottom of the door everything would have been perfect.

Pros:

Het was heerlijk rustgevend. De plek was dichtbij het centrum en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en wil je overal mee helpen. In de kamer staat water en kan bijgevuld worden.

Cons:

Voor wat ze bieden, vind ik de prijs aan de hoge kant. Er zitten kieren bij alle ramen maar dat krijg je erbij als je zo veel met hout werkt. Je hebt warm water. Om het op de juiste temperatuur te krijgen, ben je wel even bezig :)

Fantastic hotel close to spiritual yoga and mountains and most importantly Lake Atitlan
Pros:

Beautiful Boutique hotel next to a beautiful nature park for hiking or swimming etc... Hotel itself is like an Oasis in the mountains with a great restaurant and a great staff of people to support all your needs
