Disgusting
Cons:

I booked the room as they said there was availability. I get there and they have no rooms. They then transfer me to another hotel next door that is very dirty and don't. The young lady was trying, but the place was too bad. I left and did not stay.

Excellent all around. We will, most likely, stay here on our next visit to the Chicago area.
