Gets the job done
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room was clean
Not close to the airport and not many eateries available

Cons:

Reception was not pleasant but I do appreciate they have a lot to deal with including park and ride plus hotel guests

Clean hotel. Bad shuttle operation

The room was clean

Cons:

The rooms were clean, the reception attendants are kind. The only improvement I would suggest is the shuttle bus. It was a complete melt down at the airport due to weather which I understand. However, the next morning getting to the airport was such an awful experience. I was asked to reserve a spot on the shuttle the night before, which I did, 6am slot(because 5:30am was NOT allowed). When I got downstairs 6am rolls around no shuttle. When I asked the front desk what the delay was about. He told me they left at 5:30am, due to the shuttle being full. I still don’t understand why my spot was given up since I reserved a spot on the 6am. Also, I requested 5:30am but I was told “NO, we only schedule at the top of each hour.” Maybe they should do away with reserving spots and just do first come first serve. If you book this hotel I would give yourself 3hours instead of 2hours like I did for domestic traveling

Great place to stay for an early morning flight out of O’Hare. Will be staying again.
