The bungalow is a good value - well equipped with a porch, hammock, private bathroom, and a nice size. The owner "seemed" like a helpful and friendly guy, however, he did not return the full change that was owed to me. I understand if he wasn't able to give me change when I first paid him, but he had 2 days to come up with the change and failed to do so; and he was nowhere to be found when I checked out. I sent him a message when I left mentioning that he still owed me money and asked for reimbursement via paypal. After waiting more than 24 hours without a response, I followed up with another message. This time he did reply saying that he would get back to me the next day, but he never did. Practially speaking, the change wasn't a large amount of money by western standards, but it's the principle that bothers me: I find it highly unethical and unprofessional for him to not give back my change as well as ignore communication from me afterwards. There wasn't even a token apology or anything - just ignored me and kept the money.
