Cons:

Windowless room, badly organized breakfast buffet, very slow elevators, slow staff at check in and poorly maintained facilities (pool tiles fell off, lights in the gym not working, machines in the gym super noisy)

Pros:

Staff hospitality, cleanliness & its location.

Cons:

The bath towels were greyish in colour.
Felt it was not ckean. Requested for new white towels. Housekeeping staff provided me with new towels.
There was no hand towels as well. Requested for it too.
The hotel should provide clean towels too maintain good hygeine.
Tv should include HBO channel. AXN channel poor selection of movies.
