A comfortable work trip stay
Pros:

The location was excellent with easy access to the mall which is just beside the hotel. The vibe was soothing enough and suits with my style. The staff was really helpful and friendly as they catered to every questions from me. The price for the room was remarkably reasonable for this quality of service. The room was immaculate and bed was cozy for me to get enough rest. The amenities of the room was complete and suits with the needs. You dont need to worry about noises as there are none of this disturbance occurs during my stay.

Home away from Home
Pros:

I've always chosen Dorsett Hartamas KL for the convenience of connectivity to highways and the great hospitality accorded by the team.

My stays have always been pleasurable, be it solo or with friends or with my family.

I'll like to commend Fara for her professionalism and the team at front office.

They have made it feel like in coming "home" each time I'm there.

Comfortable stay for the event we had on near by. Breakfast was varied and plenty.
Pros:

We liked the Nespresso coffee capsules and machine supplied, the swimming pool and the comfy bed.

Cons:

We didn't like the very hot lifts, that the bar beside the pool was not part of the hotel so couldn't charge drinks and food to our room, and that our room didn't have a window.
