Pros:

Staff hospitality, cleanliness & its location.

Cons:

The bath towels were greyish in colour.
Felt it was not ckean. Requested for new white towels. Housekeeping staff provided me with new towels.
There was no hand towels as well. Requested for it too.
The hotel should provide clean towels too maintain good hygeine.
Tv should include HBO channel. AXN channel poor selection of movies.

For a 4 stars hotel’s expectations, the overall experience is somewhat disappointing. But then again, the price is also
Pros:

The location was perfect for me as I had to attend to a business nearby. It’s the only good hotel in its vicinity.

Cons:

The hotel is relatively old, and smell musty. The overall condition of the hotel calls for a refurbishment. Also, for a 4-star hotel, the breakfast is not up to standard.

Cons:

The food for the sahoor , the porridge was cold I didn't expect that when it should be hot. The mini cocktail sausage..maybe you guys should use a different brand for better quality?
