Great location and bed
Pros:

We like the hotel and would stay here again. The bed was super comfortable, the view was great and everyone was friendly. Also, great breakfast. My only two complaints was having to buy bottled water. I wish they had big jugs to refill like other hotels. I don’t mind paying, just hate using all the plastic. Also, the hot water heater didn’t work. We got massages at hotel and they were fantastic !

very good stay in a seaview room. the rooms are basic but AC and hot water worked well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great. excellent location.

Situé en front de Mer de plage de Port Barton à proximité de tous les commerces, restaurant et bar. Propose des excursions en bateau. Excellent petit dejeuner.

Behageligt ophold i lille hyggelig strandby
Pros:

Ausan ligger perfekt ud til stranden, hvor man kan sidde og nyde solnedgangen. Deres medarbejder, Youris, hjalp og vejledte os omkring alt hvad vi havde af ønsker og behov. En virkelig god og behagelig person, som yder sit bedste.
Maden på stedet var ok, særligt de filippinske retter.

Right on the beach! Great staff, will always help with requests. Restaurant is inexpensive.
Cons: no wi-fi in rooms, only in restaurant. Signal not always strong. This may be true everywhere in Port Barton. Also, restaurant has extensive menu but is always out of many choices. No brewed coffee, only instant.

Amazing location! Good restaurant right at the water front...friendly staff ...the rooms are good and the shower is nice and hot. Free breakfast is included which is good. The food prices are really low. Thank you tor a great stay

Affordable and perfectly located.
Pros:

There's not that many "fancy" places in Port Barton, so don't expect too much. However, Ausan is perfectly located by the beach, affordable, offers a free breakfast and has electricity and AC (at an additional charge in some rooms). Can't really ask for more.

La ubicación del hotel es fabulosa delante de la playa de Port Barton. La zona de desayuno muy bien y el desayuno también. Las habitaciones del edificio de hormigón podrían estar mejor. Los muebles son buenos pero había uno girado y el acceso era limitado. El colchón duro. El aire acondicionado no enfría mucho.

This is an amazing beach front property on a quiet piece of paradise...port Barton is a perfect place for a quiet get away! By 10 o’clock on there is almost no noise. I ate at the restaurant quite a few times. The spicy pork adobo was outstanding.

Pros:

Rummen mycket enkla, fańns absolut inget som förgyllde tillvaron. Däremot var läget fantastiskt, maten o.k. personalen var otroligt lyhörda och hjälpsamma fantastisk service. Rekommenderas om man accepterar sängplats och toalett utan faciliteter, vi bodde i nyaste hotelldelen.

Restaurante fabuloso a pie de mar
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel la ubicación frente a la playa cn sus mesas en la arena cenamos ahi todas las noches y es espectacular, la comida tambien riquisima y barata, las empleadas muy amables y serviciales, lo malo del hotel es que de madrugada no puedes dormir entre los ruidos d los gallos, la iglesia, tambores o no se que serían que desde las 5:00 d la mñn no puedes pegar ojo.. pero quitando eso todo muy bien
