都内のホテルが高価になり過ぎている中で、個室で安価な宿。　駅近ですし最低限寝るだけであれば価格相応で大きな不満は有りません、やはり宿泊客は外国人が多かったです。　フロントのご老人は愛想良く好感、…しかしながら部屋のユニットバスに毛髪多数、ＴＶもティッシュも歯ブラシも有りません。

Chambre sale, la salle de bain pas bien lavé, si elle a été lavé ? (je me pose des questions) seulement les draps du lit propre, oui il y a des commerces et des resto autour, c'est la seule chose bien avec le fait qu'il y est des stations de métro proches.

The convenience right next to Nakai station and quiet area made this an excellent little escape from the rest of Tokyo. I would definitely recommend it. Just remember that it is a hostel and not a hotel. Even if you book a private room like we did, you will not receive the same ammenities and the place likely hasn't been updated in decades. So the faucet in the bathroom sink is going to slosh water on the floor. The aesthetic isn't going to be the most appealing. You basically receive a small 1 bedroom in Tokyo for an extremely affordable price though. The group hostel rooms were even cheaper. It was the perfect spot for us.

The picture shows some relatively modern rooms and bathroom. We were staying at the ground level and let me say the rooms are very old and the wallapaper is yellowed and peeling. Headbord and nightstand with a thick coat of dust.
I woke up to a cockroach walking on the wall too.
Honestly save yourself some time and book something else. We were glad it was only for one night.

It's listed as 20 minutes from Haneda airport by car. It's more like 1h. Don't take a taxi. Pictures of the hotel is not representative of the reality - much older structure, dirtier and smelly. Walls are so thin, door has gap. We can hear everything including the trains, trucks and anyone passing around. It's more on a capsule hotel facility, but very old and dirty. I don't recommand even for 1 night.

Nothing shinjuku about this property. Probably the worst hotel ive stayed at. It felt like a prefab structure.

Anyone off the street could just walk up to your hotel room door. Theres no corridors and rooms like a normal hotel. The rooms are outside inside a glorifed garage.

The room was horrible and dirty. It was not maintained well. It had hairs in the shower (which also had no shower curtain and was coming from a pipe from the sink tap).

Leftover shower gel still in the bathroom. I wasnt even sure if the towels were clean.

My heart sank when i first seen the room. Looks nothing like the pictures. On top of that, the walls were thin and i could hear a group of people laughing for hours.

I was booked in for the final 2 days of my 3 week trip in japan. But i left after 1 day. I couldnt subject myself to the torture of this room and risk ending my amazing trip on such a sour note.

The only positives were that the surrounding area was quite nice and quaint and i was allowed to check in earlier than 15:00.

Avoid this place.
