Villa meravigliosa. Pulizia profonda. Cura di ambienti interni ed esterni. Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. Camera confortevole e silenziosa.
Grazie mille per questo piacevole soggiorno. Purtroppo sono stata solo per una notte ma ne conserverò un bel ricordo di certo e spero di tornare.

Pros:

Très bonne literie, bonne douche. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Le restaurant offre de bons repas et le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu petite pour un 4 étoiles. La savonnière n’avait pas été remplie. La porte de la chambre ne pouvait être fermée sans être claquée et une réparation était impensable un samedi.

Wirklich sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal; exzellente Lage; kostenloser Parkplatz; traumhafte Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, dennoch hätten wir uns über mehr „Englisches Frühstück“ (es gab keinen gebratenen Schinken, keine Würstchen, etc.) gefreut.

Mooie locatie waar de gast voorop staat.
Pros:

De algemene uitstraling en gastvrijheid. We hebben er de eerste dag heerlijk gegeten. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, vrolijk en gaf je het gevoel gewaardeerd te worden.

Cons:

Er was geen pad naar het zwembad, je moest over het gras lopen. Verder was het soms lastig een parkeerplaats te vinden. Daarnaast hadden we graag een oplaadpunt voor een elektrische auto gehad.
