We really loved the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The view was beautiful, and the hotel's location in the center of Shkodër was excellent. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the hotel's policy regarding access to the pool, spa, and sauna. Guests were not allowed to enter unless they were wearing a bikini! Even a 5-year-old girl wearing a swimsuit made from proper swimwear fabric was told to remove her shirt or wear a bikini instead !!!

This policy also made women who prefer to dress modestly feel excluded and as though their dignity and personal choices were not respected. I sincerely ask the hotel management to reconsider this policy. It is unnecessary, embarrassing, and out of step with today's values of inclusivity and respect for different cultures an
d personal preferences.
Everything else about the hotel was wonderful—this was the only issue that greatly disappointed us.

Centraal gelegen aan voetgangerszone met bars en restaurants.

Cons:

De 2 koffiemachines in de ontbijtruimte zijn aan vervanging toe. Deze werken niet naar behoren en de koffie is niet lekker.
