The location is amazing! In the middle of the walk and near a lot of restaurants and services. The view from the room was also nice. Honestly still one of the best hotels we stayed in in Albania
We had booked a double room and they gave us a triple with 3 single beds. The bidet needed maintenance.

Lovely hotel in great location. Room comfortable and clean, if a little small. Air-con very effective. We looked out from our balcony directly onto the mosque.
Spa facilities were a plus. Great swimming pool and there is a sauna and Turkish bath if you like that sort of thing.
Staff on reception very helpful and friendly.
Only one thing really - the waiting staff. In the terrace bar, they were not very attentive. They seemed to think talking amongst themselves and making a lot of noise was better than serving guests.
One waiter downstairs annoyed us as he was always angling for a tip. And got irritated with us when he didn’t get one.
We loved everything! We’ve been backpacking for the past 3 months so to be able to stay in a nicer hotel with a sauna and steam room felt so luxurious to us. The staff members in the gym and sauna area were so lovely and welcoming. The reception staff were also lovely and super helpful! Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, in a great location. We had a perfect stay.
