El hotel muy bien ubicado al comienzo de la calle peatonal que tiene mucha vida.
La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, con terraza
Tiene un gym muy apañado, con máquinas de todo tipo y un monitor que te ayuda con tu entreno, muy simpático, Emmanuel, un encanto, sin duda lo mejor del hotel. También nos recomendó un restaurante para comer, habla español y es todo mucho más fácil.
Desde recepción te ayudan con el viaje a Valbona y la empresa que te lleva te recoge en la misma puerta. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar. El buffet es muy amplio y tiene de todo.
Nos guardaron el equipaje los días que estábamos de trekking.

Cons:

No pudimos dejar el coche en el parking los dos días que estuvimos en Valbona y Theth y tuvimos que pagar uno público cerca y eso que repetíamos hotel e íbamos a volver.

Pros:

The location was amazing, right near the main bus stop and the strip of restaurants and bars where pedestrians walk and eat. The staff were lovely especially Ergys who served us at breakfast! The bathrooms were lovely and the balcony looking at the mosque was beautiful especially at sunset.

Old, unpleasant, discriminated a 2 star hotel

Cons:

Avoid this hotel and go to Hotel Golden Palace. The hotel is old fashioned and dirty. The staff are Arrogant and rude. Not helpful and need training about customer relations.
They only give you one key card to your room even though we were 4 in a suite. Not a 5 star but a 2 star.
No clear indication or guidance on their policy about not allowing women to go into the swimming pool unless they wear a bikini.
Load music can be heard from the bar constantly playing all night. Racism exist in this hotel. You get stared at constantly. Pool is tiny and not worth visiting.

We had a great stay and would recommend to other travelers.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city and in close walking distance to many restaurants. It is also a close walk to the theater where many of the tours leave from. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us. They prepared to go breakfasts for us to take on our journey to Valbona and they even stored our luggage behind the desk while we went hiking in Valbona and Theth for 4 days.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dark and since we were on a low floor we heard some noise from the streeet.

Jammer dat er geen buitenbad bij zit. Dat had het nog beter gemaakt. Ideetje op het dak.
