Clean comfortable and smelled good
Pros:

Front desk lady was unprofessional and didn’t speak very good English so she couldn’t answer our questions well. She was dressed very unprofessional and when asked a question she hung up and never called us back to even give us the courtesy of telling us what she could find out about our concerns.

Cons:

No cable due to our current situation of not having power and was not offered a discount on our inconvenience and already dis stressed situation

If it wasn't for the front desk & lack off it could have been quite satisfactory
Pros:

Quiet a problem with the front desk waited for 3 min. Kept saying any one there & no one came to greet us, the staff don't know much about the neighborhood if one asked a question, some hardly speak English

Cons:

Front desk service hardly talk to you lack of general information about the neighborhood. Disappointing.

This was an excellent choice at a reasonable price.

This was an excellent choice, especially the location. It was central to everything we planned. The staff was cordial, and the accommodations were clean.

Cons:

The receptionist wasn't at all helpful, we asked her to recommend restaurants around the hotel and she claimed she didn't k ow. She didn't know if the hotel had breakfast area. She didn't say there's none, she said she doesn't know if the horel where she had worked for for at least a whole shift, she didn't KNOW if it had breakfast area. She was rude and very unhelpful
