Gorgeous, lovely staff, superhelpful, great location, would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Location, bed, products, swimming pool and hot tub

Cons:

If you wanted your room cleaned you didn’t leave a sign outside of the door and this resulted in the room not being cleaned every day. Having said that when we mentioned it, cleaning was then sorted.

Zeer mooi appartement
Pros:

Ruim appartement, leuk zwembad, goed locatie, waachine en droger.

Cons:

Niet alles werd goed aangevuld, zoals vuilniszakken, toiletpapier en handdoeken.
Er was een babybedje, maar geen babymatras.

Pros:

Het zwembad was erg aangenaam. De locatie is erg goed, heel dicht bij centrum en darling harbour. De aanwezigheid van wasmachine en droogkast.

Cons:

De housekeeping was erg onvriendelijk en kwam de kamer meermaals binnen ondanks dat het do not disturb kaartje omhoog in. Niet alles werd aangevuld of indien aangevuld verkeerd. Zo kregen we bijvoorbeeld vaatwastabletten voor de wasmachine. In de week dat we hier verbleven werd de vloer ook duidelijk niet schoongemaakt, duidelijk aan de hoeveelheid haren die zich in de badkamer ophoopten. De kamer zag er een beetje afgeleefd uit. Zo zaten er gaten in de badkamer deur waar normaal haakjes waren voor de handdoeken. Ook waren er vlekken op het tapijt en de zetel. Het bed is erg klein (queen). Eveneens hadden we enkele "huisdieren" op onze kamer in de vorm van kakkerlakken. Blijkbaar is dit normaal voor Sydney, en werd dit een beetje weggelachen aan de receptie toen we dit melden. We kregen een insectenspray en werden teruggestuurd naar de kamer. Als Europeaan niet gewend aan kakkerlakken hebben we de resterende nachten met het licht aan geslapen omdat we ons toch niet op het gemak voelden. Ik snap niet dat dit een vijfsterren hotel is. Hadden we dit geweten, hadden we dit hotel nooit geboekt, jammer!
