The space
No lounge
The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, most of the staff were very helpful. 2 chairs for a 2 bedroom apartment that houses up to 4 people isnt really enough
We have stayed at 5star before and did expect someone to take care of our bags, we had to find our own trolley and take it up to our room on arrival and departure. My expectation of valet parking was much different than what we received. The suites also look much better in the photos than in person
Location was amazing, so close to shopping and darling harbour. Accommodation had everything you needed very comfortable and clean. Really happy would defiantly come back again

The hotel is close to darling harbour and all the ferries and beautiful restaurants.
The staff don't acknowledge you when you walk in and out, the coffee sachets/pods don't get refilled. There was toe nails on the couch and carpet. The balcony wasn't safe, the tiles were very slippery and some were broken. Some one came in as we were about to leave saying the battery in to door handle was flat but we hadn't had issues with that nor were we told about it
Great accomodotion very well location for the perfect stay in Sydney !
Staff went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, including our 3 year old grandson. Great location - very short walk to Darling Harbour attractions and Circular Quay. Kitchen facilities. Excellent sound proofing. Valet parking was excellent value and very convenient. Super comfortable beds!
