Frequento a alguns anos e percebo que após mudança de administração a qualidade dos serviços e atendimento tiveram uma queda. O cafe da manhã sofreu mudança e pouca opções de qualidade. A recepção é confusa em suas explicações e deixou a desejar. Não entendi até agora porque um quarto para 2 pessoas, com cama de solteiro custa 340 e o outro com cama de casal custa 370, sendo que oferece os mesmos itens e tamanho. Na saída pude perceber que cada atendente tem uma forma de trabalho e até vi que foi ofertado a um casal um up grade do quarto com 2 camas de solteiro para cama de casal sem custo. Fiquei chateada, pois percebe-se que o tratamento é diferente, mesmo tratando-se do mesmo serviço que foi oferecido a nós. Banheiro do 702 apresenta pois de mofo no box/ chuveiro e querer mais atencao na limpeza. Espelho grande do quarto trincado/ quebrado. Espero que melhorem as informações no site e nos serviço.

as piores 16 horas que precisei ficar em um hotel

- funcionários MUITO grossos, tratando com deboche
- foi encontrado um hashi usado no frigobar
- cobraram por uma pequena mancha de rímel na toalha que claramente sairia com facilidade, algo que outros hóspedes ao realizarem o check out ficaram indignados também
- fechei um late check out por 130 reais, cancelaram a compra e depois queriam cobrar 400 reais por ela
