The owner and staffs were friendly and helpful. The owner (Dũng) was cordial. Ultimately, it was economically and conveniently a good stay. Giá cả hợp lý, chủ và nhân viên thân thiện. Từ kinh nghiệm lần lưu lại đây, chúng tôi sẽ chọn motel này nếu quay lại viếng Đà Nẵng lần nữa.

I booked but when we come they said not available they changed to another apartment without restroom in the room. Terrible with price.

We rested at the hotel for 3 days. The
hostess was good -natured and friendly. She helped with the organization of excursions and answered all our questions. She invited to dinner to her home. We will remember this hotel always good.

I upgraded to a larger room.
The husband, while cleaning my room, took and threw away a number of my personal items. The wife/manager was able to recover some and tried to make it up to me with some mangoes.
The first room they offered me was small and hot.
Matched the pictures exactly - pretty, clean and big. Bed is hard as a rock, but we slept just fine. AC worked well. Quiet and comfortable.
Lovely clean room, quiet but close to beach and restaurants, nice hot shower. We arrived late at 1am and asked if it was possible to go out for food, 30 minutes later the owner turned up with hot mixed veg noodles, sliced apples and boiled eggs cooked by herself which was a lovely gesture for weary travellers.
Tv remote was not compatible with the tv, beds were quite firm.
The room was cleaned daily
A strong smell of cigarettes. We stayed because we were tired and they said we can move to a different room the next day but than the other room wasn't available. We asked for help with transportation and got extremely high cost. We didn't feel an effort to help.
Great location, super friendly staff who where always happy to help and provide suggestions if needed. They offered motorbike hire and laundry service which was super convenient (: would definitely stay here again

The owner is very nice and friendly. She even invited us to dinner one evening which was really great. Our room was clean and cozy. The location is amazing!
The location was great, in a quiet street with lovely bonsai trees, close to the beach and our favourite places for breakfast - An's cafe and Nep bakery. The host family is very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our kids loved the fish at the reception area. And they also got some dried jackfruit which made us all happy.
Our room only had a window facing a wall of the neighbouring house so the room was a bit dark. The beds are a little too hard I think even by Vietnamese standards.
Great location close to the beach. Family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
