L’établissent était très bien situé et proche de tout ! C’était parfait
We liked the terrace it was nice when it was sunny, although need to keep in mind that neighbours can see down. We liked that the bedrooms were separate, and had two bathrooms. Kitchen was comfortable had all the necessities. We liked the bedsheets and the towels, lovely ladies who took care of changing the sheets and towels. Owner was responsive.
We didn’t like that there was mold in one of the bedrooms on the sealing. We didn’t like that the whole apartment was very dark even in sunny days. We didn’t like that everting was rundown, couch had stains and seemed dirty, the same with coffee table. We didn’t like that on booking the pictures are misleading, we were disappointed when we got here. It was okay to live there, but the price wasn’t reasonable for what you are getting. The washing liquid for the floors was stinky when we arrived. If you are travelling in a group just get a hotel.
Good location, few minutes to city centre in Funchal by car and free paeking inside building
In the biggest room, bed was very uncomofortable I think that inside in the mattress was broken, in whole flat wasn’t AC and it was a problem because in whole House was moisture especially in every bedroom, also on the ceiling was fungus and mold and there was very small TV without smart TV so we couldn’t watch netflix ect
Nice spacious 3 bedroom apartment, with nice outside area.
bonus is a parking space in the garage. Plenty of towels in the rooms, big fridge in thew kitchen, all kitchen supplies to make nice meals.

Received the keys from the key box, but didn't know which apartment is ours, A, B, C or D? called and asked. but eventually, tried few doors and unlocked correct ones.
Rooms need more light, its so dark and gloomy inside in the evening. during the day is fine. one light bulb was missing, but lady came same day and put the new one. We took bedside lights and used in the sitting room, to get more light.
The bed in do
The apartment is spacious with a large terrace. We were a group of 5 and it was a great space for us. There is a large living room, well equiped kitchen, washing machine and private parking in a garage.
The beds are not very comfortable with small pillows. Not too bad, mine was really squeaky though. TV was not smart (not super important at all, but after a full day hiking we wanted to put on a movie).
The apartments were quite large in size. Good location. Parking place is convenient and clean. Quite simple checkin/checkout.
The floors were dirty, the bed linen had hair on it. Lightning in the bathroom above the mirror did not work at all, the light in the living room was very dim.
The apartments were on the first floor and there was a path for other residents right next to the windows. I would say there was no view from the window. The first floor absolutely uncomfortable.

Most things were fine. Staff were excellent.
