very nice family hotel and very friendly staff !

Hotel was erg luidruchtig,we hebben weinig geslapen. de hond liep los en personeel zat tussen de gasten te roken.
Ontbijt simpel, was opgediend op een tafel zonder dat het was afgedekt.
Helaas was de airco stuk gegaan, geen alternatief. Je moest erom vragen, uiteindelijk wel een ventilator gekregen.
Het hotel was moeilijk te vinden, erg achteraf in een klein straatje.

Otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar misafirperverlikleri ve yardımseverlikleri için başta Alican Bey olmak üzere tüm personele teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir yer. Evinizde gibi hissdiyorsunuz.

Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, ancak banyo pek temiz değildi, ve klima bozuktu.

Tarsus properties are a little pricy compared to Mersin, but at Burhanoglu, you get to stay in a historic Ottoman mansion with unique beehive bay window. The room might be a little dim, but it's comfortable. Breakfast is pleasant, but the star attraction might be Kuki, the black pug, who will be begging food from you.

This place is very historical. It is classical Ottoman and very interesting. If you want a modern holiday inn, this place is not for you. But if you are interested in Turkish history, the place is an Ottoman mansion and you can imagine a rich Turkish family living here.

Otantik sevenler için mükemmel bir otel, otel genel olarak temiz, personel misafir perver.

We stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport. We very much liked the hotel and the service. The room was ready and heated when arriving and in the morning breakfast was served 1 hour before the regular time because we had to leave early. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and room was clean.Thank you for the good and friendly care!

Tarihi bir konaktan dönüştürülmüş bir otel. Konum, kahvaltı, personel davranışı iyidi. Yalnız odanın aydınlatmasının çok yetersiz olduğunu söylemeliyim.

Personel gayet ilgili samimi güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı.
Odalar gayet geniş, otelin yeri ise merkezi olup ulaşımı kolaydı.

The hotel is well maintained. It is a 200-year-old building where you can experience the history of the place. The staff is kind and helpful. my room kit has a small detail with the bad smell coming out from the toilet or drainage. Apart from that everything is clean and tidy. I would certainly stay there if I go back to Tarsus

Schöne zentrale Unterkunft, hilfsbereiter Inhaber oder Verwalter, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad ziemlich klein - …. unser Zimmer war recht dunkel, doch im Grunde war’s ja zum Schlafen dann unwichtig.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Gayet samimi işletme. Oda büyük geniş ferah. Klimalı oda. Hizmet güzel. Kahvaltı normal.

Kesinlikle muhtesem bir konaklama.. Otel calisanlari ve isletme sorumlusu her konuda ellerinden gelen her turlu destegi verdiler. Kendilerine tekrar tesekkurlerimizi sunuyoruz.

2 tane tek kisilik yatak olan odada kaldik banyo cok cok kucuk, carsaflar lekeli idi yenisini istedik o da lekeli idi 3. Carsaf delijk geldi yatklarda alez yok carsaflar otelden cok kamp yatagi carsafi gibiydi. Kahvalti da yoresel hicbir sey yoktu sadece paketli urunler 3 cesit acik peynir vardi

Very central location, great staff and super cool historical building with a medina. Drawbacks: beds are hard, and I was only given a very thin blanket. Had to sleep with clothes on, and woke up with a running nose. Would consider staying again, if the blanket-situation can be sorted.

Beautiful old hotel (family owned for 200 years, the man said). My only complaint is that it was very noisy at night due to nearby businesses working all night and rooms were not soundproofed. Otherwise, a great stay! The man recommended a local place with kebabs and Turkish pizza that was AMAZING.
