Scenic gateway in Kigali
Pros:

Nice location with very well behaved staff. We loved our stay. We had a very cozy cabin to ourselves and all the staffs at the resort are very friendly and supportive.

Cons:

Food options at the restaurant are limited. They should include Child friendly meals.

Nice hotel with nice restaurant
Pros:

Very nice location, nice rooms and top friendly staff...nice room amd quite big.
Food quality from restaurant is very good, even a little pricy. Late check-out at 6 pm was given without extra payment and very easy communication. For. Vacation perfect.

Cons:

Internet in evening not bery good and stable. For Business it is not really suitable, as breakfast time requested is always delayed and not in time. Also ordered foid usually delivered as per order.

Apartment with fantastic Kigali views
Pros:

The apartment at Pili Pili was a great stay. The view off the balcony alone across Kigali is worth the price. The inside of the apartment is homey and well-decorated. Our kids had a great time staying in the bedroom upstairs, which was quiet and separate and allowed the parents to enjoy the night time views. Great food was able to be delivered to our room from Pili Pili restaurant next door - a popular and tasty destination in town. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

This property exceeded our expectations in many ways. We don't have much negative to say. In the night, we could hear some of the live music from next door, but it didn't go late into the night (and is expected!). The breakfast was a bit basic but delivered directly to our room and again enjoyed with the fantastic view.

One of the best independent hotels I’ve stayed at
Pros:

The breakfast the staff, the accommodation were all first rate.

Cons:

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

Pros:

Uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer, de kamer grote en veranda, een van de beste restaurants om te eten in Kigali 12m vanuit mijn bed, dus vooral de locatie!

Cons:

Ik was wel de enige gast daar en daarom mijn aankomsttijd 04h30 was een beetje verwarrend en niet professioneel. Te lang wachten om te eten, tipis Africa, pole pole. En een paar kleine dingen die overal in Africa normaal zijn en hoeft echt niet te benoemen allemaal in verband met comfort!

Pros:

This is a jewel in the middle of Kigali. I absolutely loved staying there. My room was spacious and clean, I had an outside space where I could just sit by myself and enjoy. Joël the facility keeper is a treasure!

La terrasse privative sur laquelle vous prenez vos repas offre une vue démente sur Kigali. Le personnel est au petit soin.
