A good and clean Hotel in favorably location for visiting Fatih side of Istanbul!
The staf was very warm and professional!
Hotel is ok but very very friendly people I would stay again !
Exceptional customer service, the staff was amazing, attentive, welcoming, and showed true hospitality from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this hotel.
Szuper kedves volt mindenki,a tisztaságot kiemelném és az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt.
Nem volt ilyen.
All very clean
Room little small
hospitality, location
Everything was wonderful
Hotel was amazing, everything that I was expecting: comfortable, elegant, and luxurious for the price I paid for.
Only "bad" thing is that the receptionist didn't speak good English, so the conversation between us was a little hard and rocky, but we managed to pull through.
He did give me a complementary Turkish tea as a welcoming gift, which was exquisite, so the service was 5-stars.
Excellent reception personnel (Enes 👍), really clean rooms and great breakfast.
Location excellent
Breakfast good
Room very clean
Jackhammering next door every afternoon for 2 to 3 hours.
The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and welcoming
Nothing
Only the staff, behaviour appropriately and polite
This hotel should improve their sound proof system, i can't even sleep well or be comfortable, i can hear people talking and all kind of sound, i stay at 5th floor, every morning for 7 days i'm waking up at 530am due to sounds of cleaning and breakfast preparing at 6th floor, chair moving for cleaning etc
This is really too much, i will never come back to this hotel, i dont mind about everything else, we tourist need some peace of mind to rest comfortably
Location and staff very polite
I wish they keep the hotel cold not just the rooms
