Superb hotel. 100% recommended.
Pros:

Hotel was amazing, everything that I was expecting: comfortable, elegant, and luxurious for the price I paid for.

Cons:

Only "bad" thing is that the receptionist didn't speak good English, so the conversation between us was a little hard and rocky, but we managed to pull through.

He did give me a complementary Turkish tea as a welcoming gift, which was exquisite, so the service was 5-stars.

Front desk went out of there way to be helpful but English not good, .

Only the staff, behaviour appropriately and polite

Cons:

This hotel should improve their sound proof system, i can't even sleep well or be comfortable, i can hear people talking and all kind of sound, i stay at 5th floor, every morning for 7 days i'm waking up at 530am due to sounds of cleaning and breakfast preparing at 6th floor, chair moving for cleaning etc

This is really too much, i will never come back to this hotel, i dont mind about everything else, we tourist need some peace of mind to rest comfortably
