A fabulous city break.
Pros:

Rooms were incredibly spacious. Everything was super clean and comfortable. There was even a GHD hairdryer and straighteners in the room.

Cons:

Considering Madrid is a ‘late’ city we were surprised that the hotel bar closed at midnight. A night cap on return from dinner would’ve been nice.

This was my second stay at Coolrooms and it delivered again with service and polite--helpful staff.
Pros:

It was a very nice room with a lot of space and plenty of electrical and electronic connections. I was kind of like a 1970s vintage style--great.

Cons:

Maybe some complementary fresh fruit for first thing in the morning.

Hotel de charme très confortable idéalement situé !
Pros:

L’accueil, la chambre, le confort, le minibar bien achalandé avec des produits de bonne qualité, la climatisation efficace et sans bruits, la propreté.
Hotel très bien situé pour faire des visites, à 10’ à pieds des grands musées, château, plaza Mayor.

Cons:

Le personnel masculin avec des voix qui portent depuis le lobby jusqu’au 3ème étage, beaucoup trop tôt le matin !
La piscine moins d’un mètre de profondeur, bien pour se rafraîchir mais impossible de nager, attention aux marches glissantes !
