Perfekter Standort in der City mit viel Service
Pros:

Unsere Juniorsuite war sehr komfortabel und hatte ein fast 20qm grosses Bad. Das Zimmer war auch angenehm ruhig und das Frühstück ist nicht nur lange verfügbar sondern auch umfassen und sehr ordentlich

Cons:

Ein schwenkbarer Fernseher sollte sein, denn ansonsten kein Blick von der Couch oder vom Bett. Das verfügbare Licht ist etwas zu gering, vor allem im Bad.

Exceptional Rooms, Location and Staff!
Pros:

Everything from the room, the staff and the location was exceptional. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. We also loved how centrally located the hotel is as it's walking distance to all the museums and sights, with wonderful tapas restaurants in the surrounding streets.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like.

I could call it the highlight of my trip!
Pros:

The hotel & the staff are exceptional, it's a renovated palace and the hotel is relatively brand new. So expect it to be in pristine conditions, exceptional service from staff that is passionate to help. Our special occasion was taken care of and they made our day so much more special.

An Oasis of Tranquil Comfort
Pros:

This hotel made our trip. Just very thoughtfully designed, appointed and staffed.

Sure it is beautiful and has a great location, but the rooms are soundproofed and I slept better here than at home (which is uncommon for me at 49).

Oscar should be promoted, given a raise, and allowed to host “Mexican Nights with Oscar” in the restaurant.
