Title: Nice property, but terrible AC and poor customer service
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, looks quite new, and the location is fine since getting around via Bolt is very cheap and efficient. Breakfast was reasonable, though guests should know that reaching the dining room requires going up a flight of stairs, which might not suit everyone. very clean

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the air conditioning. During both nights of our stay at the end of May, the AC would turn off after about an hour, leaving the room stuffy. On the first night, we reported it, were told it was fixed, but it failed in the middle of the night. We had to open the windows, which let in a lot of street noise. On the second day, we reported it again, were assured it was resolved, but the exact same thing happened—it shut off in the middle of the night. We barely slept for two days.

The hotel's reaction was highly disappointing. The staff seemed completely indifferent. At checkout, we requested compensation, but were told it is against hotel policy. The website explicitly states there is AC, so why is the hotel not taking responsibility when it fails? Post-stay emails were either met with an irrelevant one-sentence answer or ignored entirely. I am sharing these facts so everyone can make their own choice.

Pros:

Highly recommend due to their comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, gracious staff, and attractive lobby and penthouse view where both breakfast is served and an opportunity to sit outside if you want fresh air.

A very good hotel!
Pros:

Great value for money, stylish and comfortable. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. It was an absolutely comfortable stay. They even had ironing board available in the hall. Everything needed for a good stay.

Cons:

Nothing. All good.

Zdecydowanie lobby, a także lokalizacja i personel.

Cons:

Brak jasnych instrukcji dotyczących sterowaniem klimatyzacją.
Brud i grzyb na ścianie.
Brak nocnych lampek.
Śniadanie dalekie od dobrego. Czemu nie było podpisanych dań?

I have some comments regarding my stay:

1. There is no car parking available.
2. The location is difficult to reach because the route takes you through narrow streets and alleys.
3. The lighting in the room is very weak.
4. The room is very small and narrow compared to the price paid.
5. The breakfast options are limited.
6. There is no staff member available to help carry the luggage.
7. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste provided.

Overall, compared to the price, I believe the place is not worth the amount paid.
