Η συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων κατά την διάρκειά του πρωινού ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτη!! Κατεβήκαμε 15 λεπτά πριν κλείσει η ώρα του πρωινού, ενώ στεκόμουν για να σερβιριστω ο υπεύθυνος (φαντάζομαι) μάζευε μπροστα μου τα κουταλιά πριν καν σερβιριστω!Ζήτησα να μου πουν από που μπορώ να σερβιριστω καφέ ή απάντηση που πήρα ήταν (εκλεισαμε τις μηχαναες) Και εδω έρχεται η λαϊκή ρήση "η λεπτομέρεια κάνει την διαφορα".Να σκουπιζει η αλλη κοπελα διπλα μας οπως τρωγαμε, να ακουμε τους υπαλλήλους να μιλανε μεταξύ τους πως περασαν την προηγούμενη νυχτα..Είναι η 3η φορά που επιλέξαμε το RB και η τελευταία..Και θα κλείσω με τα συγχαρητήρια μας στην κοπέλα στην reception ονόματος Μαρίας,για τον τρόπο που διαχειρίστηκε το παράπονο μας!Μακάρι όλα τα ξενοδοχεία να έχουν στην δουλέψει τους ανθρώπους με τέτοια διαχείριση λόγου!
Modern, clean, amazing staff
Rooms were amazing, comfortable and big, plus breakfast was super 👌
I had 2 rooms, one of them had no mini bar inside , the seconed one had a mininbar but it seemed like they forgot to refill or recheck after the last check out, also, hotel is not suitable for kids, it should state that in advance. But in general hotel is very high class
