Great stay in an excellent location
Pros:

Room and especially the bathroom was spacious by Japanese standards, comfortable beds, strategic location from Kuromon Market and Nippombashi station, surrounded by lots of eateries and 7-11. Walkable distance to Dotonbori yet still quiet at night. Appreciate the free drink as part of the promotion of their rooftop bar. Staff were kind, responsive and fast. They also provide amenities to borrow such as hair curlers, extension cords, steamer etc.

Cons:

The curtains did not block out all the sunlight so we got waken up earlier than we wanted. They don't provide a typical hotel cleaning service, you need to drop your card by noon and pick it up again in the evening.

Pros:

Booked 3 rooms for my family.
Location is good.
Overall the staff were friendly.
Rooms and hotel seemed clean overall.
Rooftop bar is nice.

Cons:

- internet wifi is very poor. Poor instructions to connect, poor connectivity. Even the staff were confused as to how to connect. Very inconvenient through the stay.
-pillows on beds hard as bricks. Hard beds also.
-stayed 3 nights, no room servicing including trash and towels
- one cockroach
- was called at 8:00am regarding a minor room charge from the bar. 8am?! Slip a note under the door would be sufficient.

Beware of the extra surprise fees. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel.
Pros:

The WiFi is excellent. Love the free slippers and amenities at the beginning (no refill throughout the stay). Staffs are lovely and there are two elevators, which makes it fast to move from our room to the lobby. Love the free candies at the entrance as well.

Cons:

I had an extra charge when I arrived, even though it was mentioned on booking.com that I won’t get any extra charge. I was between 1300¥ and 2000¥ per room. I am currently disputing these fees and still didn’t get any answer. There are no room cleaning except if you leave your card at the entrance. You have to ask at the front lobby for clean towel, which defeats the purpose of the extra fees charged. The bed sheet were too warm and it felt humid while sleeping.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Osaka à pied !
Restauration, marche, shopping, métro et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin de trouve tout autour, sans l’agitation et le bruit des rues voisines… bref parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à Osaka.
Salle de bain japonaise au top !
Amabilité du personnel 👍🏼

Taille compacte de la chambre
Climatisation orientée vers le lit malgré différents réglages
Vue sur un mur à quelques centimètres de la fenêtre quelque peu enfermant

Great little hotel. Good value for money
Pros:

Great little hotel in Osaka. Super central. I arrived early and they let me in immediately. The room was super comfy and I got a very nice night of sleep. It was quiet and clean. Good value for money.
