Questionably loses or sells your phone number — be careful
Pros:

Great location near the market and a close walk to Dotonbori

Cons:

- Hotel seems to sell your data or have a leak somewhere as I received 3 messages on my phone number with AI generated images of fake people and with a link to pay the hotel fees ahead of time. Every one of those was a different and very questionable website. Contacted hotel and they said they’ve heard others complain recently and that I should raise it with Booking.com. I stay at dozens of hotels each year booked through Booking, never had this anywhere before.
- Tiny room and badly arranged to the point where I could only open the luggage vertically and slide my hand in. Never had that even in Tokyo.
- Check out is at 10 AM and there is an hourly fee after. I’ve also never seen a check out earlier than 11 AM so keep this in mind if you’re planning to have a calm stay in Osaka.
