Good but limited tv entertainment in rooms is a turn off

While I appreciated certain aspects of my stay, there were a few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
The absence of DStv or Smart TV functionality was disappointing, especially considering that Wi-Fi is available. Modern travelers often prefer having a variety of entertainment options, and relying solely on SABC channels does not align with the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
Additionally, the air conditioning system was inconvenient to operate, as I had to get up each time I needed to switch it on or off or adjust the settings. Providing a remote control for the air conditioner would greatly improve guest comfort and convenience.
