RIDE Surf Resort & SPA

This is a very cool spot. Its funky, love the pop art everywhere and how the rooms are done. Theres tons of seating by the pool and around the grounds. Lots of shade if you need. A bar, fun game room, saunas, cold plunge........ we stopped here for 2 nights after being on the go in lisbon and the Algarve. It was a perfect and much needed break for my kids. Good places to eat within walking distance. Its a fun little resort!

Our family vacation was absolutely amazing at RIDE! We have two children ages 8 and 11; and they found the facilities accessible & enjoyable. The staff was informative with recommendations and helpful in terms of daily
needs.

The property is conveniently located to Peniche and offers a wide variety of entertainment options for families such as a pool, rock climbing wall volleyball/badmitten, Table games etc. The staff was extremely helpful. The decor is a bit funky. Great value for the price.

This place was perfect for a quick surf trip and to be able to check out Panish and surrounding beaches! The staff took time and literally walked us to the room explaining that they also have a heated swimming pool, a hot tub and ice bath a skate park a Turkish bath and Tuse saunas one indoor and one outdoor a playground And lots of places to lounge around! Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Very cool facility with hot tub, sauna, bar, pool table, ping poing table, etc...staff was friendly and pricing is terrific.

Didn’t like food/breakfast options not vegetarian friendly, terrible coffee. however overall still good

Loved all the amenities that this resort offers. The green space, games room, and gym were a big perk for our crawling baby. Room was small, but clean and bed was comfortable. Mini fridge in the room was nice.

We opted not to pay the 14€ for breakfast. Bought a coffee one morning and for 4€ it was terrible. Recommend walking to the grocery store instead.

Some staff were friendly but others were not. Play areas were a bit dirty, food choices limited.

This is a family trip.
The room and facilities are excellent,but,the hotel is hosting some kind of party which was very noisy and went on until 4 AM.
My room is right next door to where the party was held.
Very disturbed night and lack of sleep is an issue

They should have times in the games room and pool that are adults only. We felt like we were in a daycare and never managed to fully benefit from the facilities

Staff was super friendly. Beach across the street. Food great!

Inadequate staffing, room bathroom was not properly cleaned.
Best part of this hotel was the rec room and convenient parking in front.

Perfect hotel for families. Lovely warm and quiet pool, fun games room, hotel felt very safe for a pre-teen to have a bit of independence, big grassy area for playing cricket etc, wetsuit dip & drying room. Brilliant to have surf lessons including transport organised by hotel, but only private lessons for under 12s. 10 mins walk to beach. Great breakfast, lots of choice, but lunch & dinner only ok - felt expensive for what it was, but lots of other food options nearby.
