Sejour tres detente dans ce petit havre de paix ou tius le personnel oeuvre pour le bien etre des locataires. Beaucoup de gentillesse, de sourires et de bienveillance. Le logement est spacieux, meublé avec gout, d'une proprete absolue. Le jardin au bord de l'eau est tres beau et magnifiquement entretenu. C'est un havre de paix à 2 pas de la ville. Beautiful property and friendly owner. The gardens are nice and the rooms are fantastic with a great eye for design. You can see the love that’s gone into building this place.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Baan Canalee. Een fijn appartement met een gezellige en prachtige groene tuin. We kregen zelfs een heerlijk ontbijtje aangeboden.
Een hele lieve en vriendelijke gastvrouw die werkelijk alles voor je regelt!

The owner has 4 units of 2 storey apartment side by side. We booked 1 of the unit for a night and fell in love with the accomodation and manicured garden and terrace overlooking the river immediately. The house was tastefully designed and the beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The terrace overlooking the river offer a good break from the hustle of the city and i can imagine chilling there whole day over a cup of tea or coffee. overall, it was a great experience and we may consider to revisit the unit again sometime in the future.

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) unterwegs und haben dieses Appartement für drei Nächte gebucht. Es ist sehr geräumig und mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern, sowie mit einem Wohn- Esszimmer und einer Küche, über zwei Etagen, sehr gut ausgestattet.
Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten und sehr sauberen Zustand, so etwas findet man selten.
Desweiteren gibt es einen sehr schönen Garten mit einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss, dort kann man auch frühstücken.
Die Betreiberin ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem gerne weiter.
Wenn wir wieder in Ayutthaya sind übernachten wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier.

Nice hotel with a quite setting away from all the the crowds and noise. beautiful setting. short drive to most attractions (20 minutes), town and shopping malls.

Great choice! Clean, modern, duplex suite. Quiet and comfortable. Gracious hosts. Highly recommended.

良い点: 施設は新しくとても清潔。リネンなどもきれい。オーダーできるコーヒーやスムージーがおいしい。部屋がおしゃれ。
悪い点: 遺跡からは遠い。ホテルではないため、人がいないとトゥクトゥクをたのんだり、コーヒーをたのんだりできない。朝食はあるがパンのみ。

We were delighted with the reception we received throughout out stay in Thailand, but we could not say enough good things about our hosts at this charming little hotel.

施設は新しく素晴らしいが、立地はアユタヤ駅から徒歩10〜12分と繁華街から離れており静かに滞在したい方向き。

部屋が広く、清潔でした。1階がリビング、2階が寝室です。庭園は毎日お手入れをしているそうで、ゴミ一つ見ない。景色もいい。
駅から少し離れているが、自転車が自由に使えるため全く不便ではなかった。スタッフもとても優しいです。
言うことなし！私がタイで泊まったホテルの中で最高の宿でした。

Gorgeous vwry large apartments set on a river front with stunning gardens. Lovely owner who organised tours for us. Location is away from historical centre but it is eady to drive there if you have a car or cheap to take a tuk tuk. There are some food options in walking distance.

Sehr netter Empfang.
Alles war sauber. Die Betten auf Paletten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, für ältere Personen etwas schwer zum Aufstehen.
Ansonsten alles prima.
Das Frühstück im Garten verdient noch ein Lob!

Nice development of the site. But too far from the city centre.

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding. The "room" is really a house. Ours had 2 floors, 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) living room (sofa, large screen TV), kitchen area and an upstairs bedroom. Everything is modern and new. The hotel property is overlooking a river and is very comfortable for relaxing and eating food. There is a nice garden that is really nice for relaxing and picture taking. The owners are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The WiFi in the room was very fast and stable. If you need to spend any time in Ayutthaya this is a great place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel and you will not be disappointed. It really is more than a hotel.
