We loved it and would love to go again sometime.
Pros:

View was beautiful, love that balcony faces sunset. Location is nice and quiet. Clean, tidy. Love the screen doors. Love the colourful light on the table. Love the range of kitchen utensils and full kitchen. Cleaning products useful. Hairdryer is so powerful. We didn’t use the outdoor bbq but it’s nice to have it there just in case!

Cons:

I wish there were chopsticks and cling wrap for leftover food. There was almost no salt. I loved the microwave/oven/steamer etc BUT I am so short that I couldn’t lift hot items out of the microwave because it was too high and in the corner. Maybe it’s just me but a stepping stool would be nice haha.

Very well equipped suite with amazing view
Pros:

So well equipped and such an amazing view. Much thought has been put into making this a comfortable and cozy place to stay. They’ve really though of everything, extra towels were available, very well equipped kitchen, shower amenities and a warm welcome with water and milk in the fridge and home made cookies. This was an absolutely great place to recover from our jet lag starting our New Zealand trip.

Cons:

Something the host can’t help: the very steep road off of the main road to get to the location. It’s not for insecure drivers, luckily my husband has more guts than I do ☺️

Compact studio suite close to nature
Pros:

View and location to coastal hiking trails and waterfalls.

Cons:

The kitchen needed some cleaning and the space is very compact. The gas BBQ grill needs a new gas burner as there are several breaks in the burner tubing - creating uneven cooking and possibly a safety hazard(?).

Loved the stay would return
Pros:

Great view and very spacious. Loved the romantic added touches to the room. Would stay again

Cons:

Access to the property off the road is quite poor as it is not well defined for night arrivals. Suggest adding some colored reflectors to the entry. Perhaps some better signage may also help

Everything, this is our 3rd time back, away from the busy life. It’s a good reset for us to spend quality time together as a couple, will always return, it’s something we always enjoyed, is coming back to this place, the views are everything.

Beautiful stay in Piha!!! 10/10
Pros:

Love this beautiful house! The view was spectacular even when it was cloudy.. we bought groceries to cook and it had everything we needed. Loved the SMEG coffee machine ,Nice shower, bed was comfy , 10/10 stay would definitely return. There was the studio room next door but no was issues everything was private 😊 the owner communicated instruction really easy too.

Cons:

Ideally better to bring a bigger wheeled car .. the roads/driveways are steep

Beautiful views, great spot.
Pros:

Beautiful views, home was very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s advertised as family unit, but it’s not super set up for little ones with all glassware and glass dining room table. But we managed just fine. I also didn’t realise we’d be sharing with another unit but it wasn’t an issue. Just not super clear in the description. The driveway was also a tiny bit tricky to fit both our car and the other unit but is to be expected in this area.
