Die Lage direkt am Fluss, der freundliche Empfang. Die Organisation der An-u. Abreise durch das Homestay.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist einfach, aber war für uns ok.

Cons:

Das die Zahlung nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben per Kreditkarte erfolgen konnte. Die Zahlung musste bar erfolgen.

Pros:

Chung was an excellent host, always on hand to support, answer any questions and would look to go out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Even before arriving to stay, she supported with tour information and arranged the booking, as well as airport transfers. I can't speak highly enough of the hospitality that was offered. The staff generally did everything to make the stay as pleasant as they could. The property was right next to the river which was nice and about an hours walk to the main row of shops and restaurants.

Best place to stay in Phong Nha !
Pros:

We had such a great time at Son River House! The best thing is the location as it is quite far (40min walk) from the city center but right upon the river. The center is nothing special, you'd rather be a bit remote. You can experience silence in Vietnam 😂 it is very chill and the whole homestay is lovely. There are SUP and bicycles to be freely used by the guest. Chung and all the staff are super nice. You can also have breakfast or grab a bite on the site but there are restaurants near by for the evening meal. From 5-6pm the local kids come here to have a swim in the river it seems like a very friendly and nice neighbourhood. I would totally recommand to rent a motorbike from the hostel directly and enjoy all the nearby activities phong nha has to offer at your own pace.

Pros:

so unique and adorable! The staff is amazing and the river view is so cool. We absolutely loved it. We often stay at very luxurious places around the world, so I had no illusions or false expectations. This was authentic, rural Vietnam homestead done incredibly well. Would 100% go back!

Best spot to stay in Vietnam
Pros:

Stayed at a lot of places during my road trip through Vietnam, but this one was by far my favorite.
My bungalow had an amazing view of the water, and the staff were over the top nice.
The owner even surprised me with some traditional Vietnamese food, and had me eat with them. Also, I couldn't find a taxi to go to the bar so they promptly drove me and picked me up.
Couldn't recommend enough.

Pros:

Such a cute little place right by the river. Beautiful views ! Definitely need a bike to get about as it's a bit further out but still close enough to walk to get what you need. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming! Breakfast and coffee were great . Rest of the food I would say is overpriced for the quality but seems pretty standard for Phong Nha. Had a lovely stay but you can get much cheaper places along the road with better facilities available etc. would still recommend :)
