Large rooms!

The rooftop and the bar terrace are perfect gathering spots. Our room was elegant and filled with art, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and creative conversation. We loved the Brach.

the hotel is beautiful- however this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. they came into our room “accidentally” on two separate occasions. they woke us up at 9 am, then again at 9:30 for housekeeping (even tho the privacy light was on). in the second night, a slipper was misplaced during the clean. definitely had 2 to begin with as they were worn the night before. they said there’s nothing they can do and if it turns up they’d let us know. we ordered room service on more than one occasion. food came cold and wrong. every. single. time. there was a weird drilling sound all night (finally stopped around 3:30am) on our last night, which we didn’t even complain about because at this point we were so over it. and the worst of them all- there was a disgusting and inappropriate incident in their sauna with a male member or perhaps guest, which I would rather not get into too specifically. anyways, when I informed the attendant his response was “well the man looks normal”. this hotel is not safe for women, not respectful with their disturbances, can’t get orders correct, and does not deserve to have 5 stars. I will say the staff was nice, but with the money you pay to stay, there should not be even one of these incidents to complain about.

I feel compelled to share the shocking and repulsive experience I had during my stay at the Brach Hotel. In the middle of the night, as I was trying to fall asleep in what should have been a luxurious setting, I noticed something moving out of the corner of my eye. Turning my head, I saw a mouse climbing up the wall, right next to my bed!

This wasn’t just a small, faint shadow; I could see every detail of this creature, its tiny paws gripping the wall, its tail swaying… It was so close that I almost felt it was about to jump onto me. My heart was pounding, and I was completely frozen with shock and disgust.

After contacting the reception, they kindly offered to switch my room before the night was over. But the damage was done – I was utterly shocked and traumatized. Even in the new room, I couldn’t fall asleep, haunted by the image of that mouse on the wall. An incident like this is simply unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber, and I am still shaken by the experience.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, stylish interior, but wouldn't say this was a 5 star experience. No coffee machine in the room, you need to ask for Apple TV or else they won't give it to you, and it gets very noisy at night. A lot of weird knocking noises as well throughout the stay, the lights in the room don't work properly as well.

Very nice hotel, I love the rooftop. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other cool spots. I definitely recommend.

I didn’t like there was no coffee machine installed, and no tea sets at all in the room. I asked the hotel and they brought at least a machine. The bed was in the middle of the room made the room even feels smaller. The closet always had body order from previous guests and didn’t go away until I checked out. It just didn’t match with the price.

Was very expensive and the bed so small my feet stuck out and I am only 5’9. The concierge took forever and I had to make my own reservations ( as places they said were full). Avoid like the plague this rio off hotel.

A bit dark for my taste… the blackout wasn’t working properly as the door of the closet.

What a gem! great value for the money, amazing room and even better staff. Wonderful luxury experience.

Brach doesn’t give you the five star luxury feeling of a hotel but rather like their manager said it’s a place to let you explore. In other words, the quite luxury (all in details). What I like the most is their 24/7 pool and their reliable cab service which saves our day to the airport when all Uber options failed.
