Pros:

We stayed at the Relax, Bali, Dive & Spa Resort in Kubu for three nights and loved every moment. The manager and entire crew were incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave great tips without being intrusive.

We stayed in Villa Sunny, which was breathtaking. The private garden and pool with direct sea access made it truly unique. The villa was spotless, and daily cleaning was excellent. The open bathroom is a highlight; a few geckos occasionally visited, but that’s perfectly normal in Southeast Asia and added to the charm. We also loved the sounds of Tokki at night.

The resort offers diving, snorkeling (equipment available), and for children a small playground with trampoline, football, volleyball, foosball, and pool table. Everything is integrated naturally, so it feels peaceful and spacious, never overcrowded.

The on-site restaurant was excellent. Food was delicious, including vegetarian options like tofu satay, and special requests were gladly accommodated. Breakfast was a perfect mix of buffet and à la carte.

The entire experience was stunning and relaxing. We didn’t want to leave and felt completely at ease in this beautiful, serene setting. The staff, villa, and facilities exceeded all expectations.

In summary: absolutely 5 stars – amazing location, amazing service, and unforgettable. We would return immediately and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Amazing villa, wonderful garden, excellent diving center, very nice and super friendly staff and managers. Quiet area, if you're looking for bars, live music and night life you're not at the right place. We appreciated every moment at Relax Bali.

Pros:

Our family spent 9 nights in the villa with a private swimming pool at the resort and it was amazing. After crowdy Ubud and Jimbaran, it was exactly what we needed - to relax in peace and calm. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Another advantage - no need to care about breakfast and dinner - you can enjoy it at the resort's restaurant. However, the most important are the people who work there. All were great but Veronika and Luboš were exceptional. They really care about their guests and it was a great pleasure to meet them. Veronika would organize any trip or activity you wish. And she would do it in a very considerate and friendly way. You would not find a better diving instructor than Luboš. My 15 year old son took an Open Water Diving course with him and I made a couple of dives together with them. Luboš was brilliant! He cared about any smallest detail and helped us to enjoy every minute of the dive. My son was not considering to take that course but when he met Luboš, something changed and he made it. I believe that it was because of Luboš who is extremely friendly, patient, professional and knows how to open the doors to the beauty of the underwater world. To sum up - if you want to have memorable and relaxing holidays I would highly recommend to stay in this resort.

Beautiful little resort with very private, spacious Villa and big private infinity pool facing ocean, very well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful architecture, everything worked well. Broken shower head was replaced within 24h. Direct access to ocean and snorkeling (rocky, no sand, a bit challenging when the water is wild). Organized tours and trips worked out well. Front desk helpful, massages and yoga great. Diving teachers very sweet (Septi!!), and lots of good recommendations for trips and walks. Food was good, a bit pricey for Bali. Some lovely Czech singing one night... We extended 2 nights, no reason to leave!
