Huge Hot Hot Hot and insistent

Huge room, very nice but very hot. There were 28°C and all night the air conditioning (very noisy) turned on did not get it below 26.5. You have to be lucky to find some English speakers at the reception (not everyone does it). The laundry bag was missing in the room. I requested and only the day after arrived. The housekeepers came to bring me the clean clothes but they wanted payment in that occasion only cash. I tried to explain that I would pay by credit card the next day but they didn't understand english. I therefore refused the clean clothes and for 5 minutes they insisted on calling the bell and by room telephone.

Pros:

Good hotel, especially for this area. English speaking front desk. Breakfast is solid, rooms are clean. Will stay here again when return to this area.
