Staff very friendly and approachable
I thought it was clean and presant only thing what was missing was breakfast
Never got to see the owner as she was busy in other hotel as Victoria hotel was having paint work done
The property was near where we wanted to be this was perfect
The room was clean The shower and toilet was very small probably okay for a very thin person.

Window wasn't the cleanest and the heating didn't work in the room otherwise no complaints

I loved everything about the property. All fresh and clean. Everything we needed for our stay
The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave and go home

They are renovating, the smell of paint was awfull
And still ongoing.
Rooms not just finished of little rough work in areas
Only 1 window would open
So had to sleep bathroom light on all night so the extracter fan I'd try take fumes away

Clean brand new beds
Everything, it was a building site !! Expected it being a hen and stag hotel, but it was a building site, no downstairs at all , no bar , no reception. Had to go along the street to get the keys, which, by the way, everyone's key was the same , so anyone could get into your room .It had new owners who were doing the hotel up but should have stated what they were doing and that there were no facilities at all . The furniture in the room was new but everything was covered in plaster dust and sitting on the toilet you could see people coming up the stairs. There were holes in the ceiling, skirting boards ect weren't painted. The list goes on , it shouldn't have opened until it was finished. I wouldn't have stayed there at all but if id never shown up I still would have been charged anyway . Contacted booking.com 3 times and still no reply .
