Al llegar la primer noche había una gotera que caía justo sobre la cama, para que luego no digan que el manager me ofreció cambiarla porque no fue así, yo le solicité al manager cambiarla y el dijo que de momento no estaba cayendo, que sería algo momentáneo y no quise insistir porque recién llegaba y no quise ser molesto. Por otra parte no quise ponerlo en el comentario porque sería muy fuerte pero como veo que el hostel me ha respondido como queriendo tener razón en lugar de asumir el mal servicio, comento que había ácaros en la cama lo que hizo que al regresar tuviera que adoptar un tratamiento de 15 días. Tienen que observar la limpieza!!!!! además de los colchones que están muy usados y son muy incómodos

Posible avería calefacción
