Perfect for an overnight stay if you want to explore Hakone

The location

Cons:

The listing is very accurate. I don’t recommend bringing more than a backpack and carry on because of the limited space.

Worked great for a one nighter.
Pros:

Great location, easy check in and check out.

Cons:

No staff present. Could only store luggage in an unlocked space under the stairs. The rooms are very small but cozy.

Good location, Compact but full essential function for comfy stay
Pros:

-Location : opposite hakone station ( the building ent. Locate at the back side sub street but not hard to find)
-Compact kitchen with microwave/ hot water / kettle and sink for self- service breakfast prepare
- you can go for early check in to drop your bag if the room is ready to stay :)
- have a pajamas in room

Cons:

First Room located at 3f with a small stair, May not suitable for the big size wheel luggage.

The others is so good.

Clean, easy spot to stay the night across from Hakone-Yumoto Station.
Pros:

This room is directly across from the Hakone-Yumoto train station. Self check-in and out were very easy. The room itself is small, and consists of mattresses on the raised floor. The bathroom was clean and very spacious.

Cons:

It was just fine for our one night in Hakone.

Perfect location to enjoy Hakone attractions
Pros:

Easy access from Hakone Yumoto Station. Room is great and we enjoyed the coffee machine for guests in 3rd floor as well as luggage room downstairs. The room was superb and clean.

Very close to train station. Self check-in was easy.

Cons:

Very small room which we knew but it was crammed even opening a suitcase. The sink was tiny and if you accidentally hit the tap up all the way it sprays on to the floor. There was a bottle of insecticide in the window which I found slightly unsettling.
