El precio es imbatible en esa zona. Es un hotel funcional sin recepción. Las pizzeria de abajo es genial. La habitación tenía un baño enorme y era cómoda.

Great stay
Pros:

Very close to railway station. Good coffee station for en-suite rooms. Can store luggage before check in. Staff was friendly.

Gute Basis für Hakone und Fuji
Pros:

Günstige Lage am Bahnhof. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite, diese hatte eine gute Größe. Das Badezimmer war toll!

Cons:

Die Fenster wirkten wie geöffnet, dadurch war es sehr laut. Zwar gab es keine Probleme beim Zugang zum Hotel und Check-in, die dafür notwendigen Informationen wurden rechtzeitig übermittelt. Aber gleichzeitig war es etwas verwirrend, weil es in einer Mail hieß, wir würden Material im Zimmer finden und müssten den Check-in dort fertigstellen. Dann aber mussten wir uns für eine Seite registrieren, um ein- und später auch wieder auszuchecken. Wenn wir Fragen gehabt hätten, hätten wir nur eine Telefonnummer wählen können, was als Ausländer recht teuer würde. Ich hatte vorher auch in Bewertungen gelesen , dass man sein Gepäck dort lagern könnte, diese Information dann aber nirgendwo gefunden und konnte-wie gesagt- auch nicht nachfragen. Für eine Nacht war es aber eine gute Unterkunft!

Restaurant downstairs and across the street. Public onsen across the street too.

Cons:

Bit on the smaller side so I would suggest booking a twin room if you want more space.

Tiny room, fishy corridors, but great location!
Pros:

Location right across from the Yumoto train station is very hard to beat!

Cons:

Rooms are tiny - I was staying alone and if I opened my suitcase I couldn’t leave the room! Also for some reason the entire corridor and staircase smelled constantly of dashi broth - which I don’t mind - but if you object to the smell of smoked fish you might.

Pros:

Great place to stay, location was excellent. The room was clean, bathroom amazing and the beds were comfy. We liked our stay.

Cons:

It was very cold in our room, it seemed that the windows were not holding the heat in. That sid it was also always very loud from outside as the window is facing the street. Not very good option for light sleepers, have your earplugs with you.

Pros:

Room was closer to the bus and train station, had a restaurant right down below, staff was very helpful to check us in a little early

Cons:

Room is toooo small, 2 people with 2 carry ons and 1 check in had difficult time opening the bags when we wanted. It was a project to figure out when to open. There is no luggage storage facility, the one provided is literally unmanned.
