Overall, my stay was just okay. The property has a lot of potential, but they need improvement
Pros:

Location was good it was nearby the railway station and room was spacious

Cons:

The room service was disappointing, but my biggest concern was the complete lack of hotel transportation. They do not have any cabs or taxis available for guests. We had a midnight train to catch and were essentially left to fend for ourselves. Thankfully, a very helpful staff member went out to the local market and arranged an auto-rickshaw for us. However, traveling like this late at night is a major safety concern, especially when traveling with female family members. A 4-star property should absolutely maintain at least one or two dedicated cars for their guests.

El mejor hotel de Jhansi
Pros:

No necesito explayarme mucho acerca del hotel: seguramente sea el mejor de Jhansi. Un hotel excelente según los estándares europeos. Tantas veces se lee de alojamientos que son excelentes o que están muy bien y luego decepcionan, pero éste no es el caso.

Falls Short of Expectations!
Pros:

The property is good with good approach. Rooms are comfortable as well. The hygiene and cleanliness is also upto the mark. The reception staff is good.

Cons:

The breakfast. The breakfast does not befit a 4 star property. It is quite limited. The staff is not in tandem with each other. They enjoy talking to each other a Lott!
There lacks a proper supervisor to check the serving staff.
There is no good cup of coffee and bakery section is bad. Other food options are also not great.
