Great value for money
Pros:

Great value for money, good location, cosy, has pretty much everything you need, shower is excellent! Would return

Cons:

No soundproofing at all - you hear things from the building as if they’re happening right there in your room.
Bed is a bit lumpy at some places and the pillows are hard, but I think it’s a UK thing. We do appreciate that we got 2 pillows each! And we still managed to sleep well regardless.

Good value for money in a central location and staff helpful.
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean, modern room in a good location, short walk from London Bridge station and next door to Borough tube station. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Overall very good value for money.

Cons:

My only complaint was that the TV wouldn't work as it wasn't connected to the internet. After nearly an hour of the night manager trying to fix it, he said they had changed the broadband set up the day before and maintenance hadn't checked that the tv was connected and working so nothing could be done. Very aggravating! He did say the issue would be passed to his supervisor who would contact me with a possible discount but no one followed up.
Other than that visitors should be aware that there is no lift. It wasn't a problem for me but it might be for some.

Good place to stay in london with good connectivity
Pros:

The desk staff member was great at sorting out the problem with our television.

Cons:

The cleaning staff didn't check hand wash in the bathroom when cleaning the room
