Very disappointed. Shabby and no staff at all. A Hostel.
Pros:

This is NOT a Hotel. It is an unstaffed Hostel.
My wife cannot climb stairs but there was no lift and she had to go up 3 flights of narrow stairs every day.
This was NOT made clear.

Cons:

The stairs ... narrow and steep.

Très bon emplacement au pied d’un métro, chambre petite mais fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon compte tenu des prix affichés à Londres.

La localisation, la facilité d'accès

Cons:

Aucun personnel, approche un peu froide du coup. Mal isolé, manque d'un frigo et de papier toilette, chauffage à fond dans la salle de bain alors qu'il faisait 15 degrés dehors

Fantasztikus a személyzet, komolyan mondom! Nagyon kedves a Manager, én ilyen segítőkész és kedves dolgozóval nem találkoztam ez elmúlt években! Csak ajánlani tudom!

My go-to for this location
Pros:

This is my third time staying here as it is really handy for Borough station. I can always rely on this property to feel like I've got my very own space and the bed is exceptionally comfy.

Cons:

TV in the room was glitchy and broken - just a minor issue

Clean perfect location and convenient
Pros:

It was in the perfect location. So clean and fresh and being able to open the room door with the phone super convenient. The ear plugs were a nice touch if it was noisy but didn’t find it to be. Realised on day two we had a bathroom in the room which was perfect as I was there with my child so she could safely go to the bathroom alone
