A good stay. I will return to The Borough again!
Pros:

Great location, clean room, decent size for London & good value

Cons:

The check in process took me a little while to understand. The shower door was broken and the room was very hot. The plug in air conditioning unit was pointless and not cold. I slept with the windows open but it was very noisy from construction noises.

Value for money, but incredibly dissapointing experience. Glad I was only staying a short period
Pros:

Location, close to Borough Station is very convenient, the check in process on the mobile is useful, but I think for the less tech savvy generation, I think they would struggle. Overall the bed was comfy.

Cons:

There are no staff present to speak with and address concerns, the room was incredibly hot and noisy throughout. The ear plugs on the bedside table was an early warning but did not solve the problem. The bathrooms, especially the shower were incredibly dirty and showed no signs that they had been cleaned. The water from the shower did not drain to the point the basin was overflowing. The room was on the 3rd floor up some incredibly steep steps. Older, disabled people with bags would be at a huge dissadvantage. Glad I was only staying a short period, any longer would have been torture.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed.

Cons:

They have no AC, but they do have a fan but didnt help pit in the peak July heat.
The lock on our door was out of battery so didnt work upon check in.

Overall quite happy.
Pros:

It was clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed. Good shower room .
Peaceful. Good nights sleep.

Cons:

No lift. Tv didn’t work although staff member tried to help and did offer us a change of room no Aircon and it was very hot in room with just a small fan. No fridge in room

Cons:

We were disappointed to find no lift to top floor room; steep staircase too narrow to safely carry a large suitcase; the room’s angled side wall did not allow easy access to the bed for this tall person; the one fan on side wall was inadequate to cool the hottest top floor room during the heat wave; and in the bathroom a horizontal metal bar joining show screen to wall was set at 6 feet —dangerously low for many people.
