The bathroom door handle (to hard and it is not easy to open) I was with my Mother (78 years old) and she could not open the door. It was difficult even for me.

Appalling for the money i paid for and would definitely not be recommending or going back.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the building, the room and the dark dirty patch painting on the walls and in the hallways making an uncomfortable atmosphere in the building. The carpet in the room was full of stains and definitely not fit to walk on bare footed. The bus stop outside the window was was in touching reach and I could have spoken to the passengers on the bus upstairs quite easily and the invasion for privacy was horrible unless we shut the curtains making the room darker than it was already. The room was not big enough for two single beds which we had and the size of the room was like a broom cupboard without even a chair to put a suitcase on? I said to my son this is horrible and I'm not staying here, we then went onto Booking.com and found a guest house 15 minutes away being clean, comfortable, pleasant and the staff made us feel settled and respectful as paying customers.
