Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, peacocks walking around, super friendly staff, delicious food.

You will need a car or taxi to go anywhere as the hotel is at a few minutes drive distance from Elmina.

Amazing food and drink. Beautiful grounds and the friendliest staff. Its worth the trek to get there.

Superb stay. This hotel is off the beaten path but so worth the trip. The room was impeccable, there's a great pool, staff was friendly and helpful. Lobster dinner at the restaurant was perfect!

The staff was exceptionally. The hotel is OLD, dirty tiles in the shower wall and floors! Flies in the dining area, hard to enjoy meal!

High standard resort with good facilities and well-kept. The pool was great, beds were comfy and the staff very helpful.
Water pressure in the shower was a little weak, though.

Lovely room with AC and hot water and a balcony with chairs. Nice pool with some chairs with shade. But no shade in the pool. Food was good.

The place is situated on hill, beautiful and you can see the whole town and very nice at night. The property needs some updates in the rooms. The breakfast was very good, but set up of food needs improvement and control of flies. I did enjoyed my stay even the two setbacks.

Other resorts/hotels listed here can be accessed nearby on foot or short taxi ride which is good for entertainment or change of scenery.
I highly recommend this hotel. A fabulous stay!

It's a good place

I found the property to be very clean, with professional and friendly staff. We arrived late but the staff kept the kitchen open for us so that we could have a dinner meal. This property and the rooms are small in comparison to other local properties, but the layout was well thought out, making the rooms and amenities very comfortable and convenient. This property could easily rival any 4-star hotel or resort. And the price was great! We are already planning our next stay.

I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could. The hotel was nice, beautiful pool and views. The room was nice and bed comfortable. A/C worked but never got cold despite being on 17C all night.
Staff and wear & tear let this place down. The woman at breakfast could not understand our order despite me having a broadly generic Canadian accent. The lounge chairs around the pool have the foam exposed on the cushions - time for a refresh. Overall it was nice, and I probably would stay again but more because of the paucity of nice hotels in Elminah.

Very nice property on top of a hill with great views over elmina. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant has a good selection. Pool is nice but needs to be cleaned, the pool ground is really slippery.

A nice oasis up on the hill above the town, that overlooks the fort, castle and the salt pools. Restaurant was very good and had a diverse menu with many options. The only negative would be the drive to the location you have to pass directly through the local villages garbage dump on the side of the road so each time you go to/from the hotel you drive right through it. Not that the hotel itself has much control over where the dumping is, just a soar site/smell to an otherwise great hotel with great views. All in all, I probably wouldn't let that one factor deter me from staying again.

The hotel, pool, restaurants, and grounds were beautiful.

A very nice hotel up on the hill in Elmina. Nice and clean. VERY good food in the hotel restaurant. Only one minus: one staffmember was very drunk on our arrival.

Relatively new hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms contained in bungalow units of 2 rooms. Situated on a hill above Elmina, so nice views over the coast and castle.

Minor drawback was that the pool could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Food was delicious - highly recommend eating dinner here (make sure you order in advance as common in Ghana).

The hotel is within a 10 minute drive of the slave dungeon. The hotel overlooks the town and the ocean.
