Interesting, is the word I would use. I was left isolated and very frustrated
Pros:

Pool was great and as expected
Bed was comfortable
Shower was excellent
Washing and Drying machines were very good and easy to use

Cons:

Room was not ready when I arrived
Waited 45 mins only to find a towel in the fridge - being defrosted - front staff confirmed that was the case, even after they went up to check the room to ensure it was ready for me enter the room.
No one advised that they had turned the fridge to the coolest setting therefore when I brought my food back to the room, the next day all items were frozen
uneatable food, waste of time and money
Extremely disappointing, hence the ratings
Photos on Booking.com showed the room would have a view, definitely not the case - extremely disappointing - room was on the first floor
Furniture was very worn
Lights would flicker

The pool was the only reason I continued to stay for the duration of my booking

Cons:

No bottled water in fridge. No coffee pods with limited sugar. I booked online via booking .com . 1 room for myself and older son. I requested and booked 1 studio room with 2 single beds. Upon arrival receptionist stayed twin bed request did not come through on my booking so I would have to pay an extra 50 dollars for a room that had a single bed.. not happy as specifically requested 2 beds when booked.

Nice facilities, clean, comfortable, fine for couples don’t recommend for young family
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, wasn’t too bad a walk in to cbd. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool area and gym.

Cons:

Shame there was no connecting door between us and kids. Made trying to organise meals very difficult. Not really suitable for young families for any length of time.
