Nice hotel in a convenient place
Pros:

I liked the facilities in the room and cleanliness

Cons:

I didn't like that they took $25 out of my bond money without saying so for parking. This should absolutely be included in the stay.

I really liked the pool but the surrounding surface was really slick. My husband slipped and I saw 2 elderly people fall.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Perth
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Optimale Dusche. Ins Zentrum und zum Kings Park nur ca. 15 min. zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Airport express Haltestelle (City West) nicht weit vom Hotel, Autovermietung um die Ecke.

Interesting, is the word I would use. I was left isolated and very frustrated
Pros:

Pool was great and as expected
Bed was comfortable
Shower was excellent
Washing and Drying machines were very good and easy to use

Cons:

Room was not ready when I arrived
Waited 45 mins only to find a towel in the fridge - being defrosted - front staff confirmed that was the case, even after they went up to check the room to ensure it was ready for me enter the room.
No one advised that they had turned the fridge to the coolest setting therefore when I brought my food back to the room, the next day all items were frozen
uneatable food, waste of time and money
Extremely disappointing, hence the ratings
Photos on Booking.com showed the room would have a view, definitely not the case - extremely disappointing - room was on the first floor
Furniture was very worn
Lights would flicker

The pool was the only reason I continued to stay for the duration of my booking
