Overall it was fine we just struggled with stairs as there wasn't a lift

We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Pros:

We loved the room which had a bath and a separate shower also.
Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order.
Nearby private car parking was very helpful.
Great central location and short walk to the beach.
Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room is not routinely cleaned or towels changed unless we put the sign on the door for that purpose.
We didn’t mind this as we made our own beds and if we needed anything we would ask one of the staff.
A better approach would be to routinely clean the room unless stated otherwise.

Glorious weather although a short stay we had a great time, cycling enyoying thr town, local train & ferry. People w

Very good breakfasts particularly the first day second day the bagel was a bit chewy .

Cons:

Unfortunately the internet net did not work on both days and it was not possible to get it working. We had to access the internet from the staircase not a big issue but rather frustrating.

GOOD FOR BIKE TRIPS

SLIGHTLY AWKWARD STORAGE OF E BIKES. WE WERE TOLD, A FUTURE INVESTMENT IN A PERMANENT SECURE LOCK UP IS UPCOMING.

An excellent break in Barmouth at The Tilman.
Pros:

Our room was large and comfortable with an excellent shower. The shared carpark is close by and secure. Great staff. Recommended.

Pros:

First time staying at this location normally stop other end of town everything within walking distance . Breakfast was amazing Staff are spot on and helpful Room was top notch and comfy

Could have done with a mini fridge but not really a main concern

Our room was on 3rd floor- 56 steps to reach it
When booking I should have asked for a lower room
I booked a king room but it wasn’t big
Pub was very busy on the weekend
