Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Really friendly staff.
We are seniors and were placed on the 3rd floor which required a lot of steps. We were fine with this but some may not be. My only suggestion would be to ask in advance is stairs are an issue.

It’s not that we didn’t like it it’s more just we were slightly disappointed in breakfast, after seeing it was rated as excellent on booking.com we expected … more? I had the eggs Benedict but the muffins were a little stale and had no butter on, plus the bacon was smoked - which wasn’t apparent until it came out. My partner ordered the hunter (full English essentially) but he basically said it would have been nice to have been given toast or something for the table too… we were still hungry, and they had left some tiny pastries on the bar top, which were delicious, we had one each but that’s all there was available - it would have been nice if there was a plate full

Central to all .. shops… bars … beach carpark really handy and easy to find. Room very spacious and nicely set out, small things like mirrors by window to do makeup etc, lots of thought gone into it. breakfast was delicious 😁
